The building and the Room walls felt a bit dated, but unlike many recent Business Hotels, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate. The in-room bath was spacious enough to stretch out (I’m 168 cm tall), so I could relax comfortably. The front desk staff were kind and greeted me with a smile even when I came and went early in the morning or late at night, which made my stay very pleasant. The only disappointment was that BS channels weren’t available, so I couldn’t watch the Brazil match of the Soccer World Cup with Honda’s commentary (lol).

I stayed for one night previously, and this time I stayed for two nights. The Room was clean, the view was great, and it was comfortable to stay. Since there is only a large public bath, it felt neither particularly good nor bad. The staff were kind and helpful. Personally, it would be perfect if there were a breakfast buffet. I would like to stay again.

The Room with a full lake view was excellent. Unfortunately, the explanations were lacking, which was a shame, but dinner was delicious. If there had been explanations about the food and drinks, it would have been even more enjoyable—every dish was carefully prepared. The large public bath was also very good. The open-air bath as well.

Amenities are available in the lobby for you to pick up what you need. The Room was pleasantly prepared, and housekeeping was done properly. On the 2nd floor, there is a guest-only lounge, vending machines, a laundry room, and a microwave, which is convenient. The Room also has handy lights by the dresser and bed for using a PC or smartphone, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are power outlets in many places, making it easy to use. This time I stayed for 3 nights with the breakfast buffet; there was a good variety each day, though the taste was average. It was nice that the bread could be warmed. There is also a convenience store nearby, and information is provided at the check-in counter. However, it takes about 15 minutes from Shinagawa Station (Takanawa Exit) up quite a steep hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, taking a taxi is recommended.

An older business hotel, but clean and satisfactory. Breakfast is free and decent. Would stay again.

This is a property located within a golf course. The room is simple and minimal. It features a quality bed, a large sofa, amenities as described, and a refrigerator typical of a business hotel. The shower booth has an overhead shower. The lighting is dim, creating a relaxing space. There is no side table or TV in the room. After actually staying, I felt there are things that people considering staying should be aware of and understand in advance. That is, this property is located in a golf course, not a hotel. The people working here are not hotel staff. They are individuals working in their respective positions at the golf course. There is no bathtub in the room. It is available in the clubhouse, but cannot be used at night. It needs to be used by the evening. Being a golf course, it is full of nature. There are insects, spider webs outside, and dust is naturally present. Located in the mountains, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, and it gets completely dark after sunset. The staff all leave after business hours, so there are no people other than guests at night. (There seems to be a contact for emergencies) Due to the limited information and reviews available, it is easy to misunderstand, and those unfamiliar with golf courses may perceive the differences from a hotel as "dissatisfaction" due to preconceived notions. However, Since it is not a hotel with many rooms, you can spend a very quiet, extraordinary, and leisurely time. Surrounded by nature and greenery, you can only hear the birds, the sunset is very beautiful, and if the weather is favorable, a starry sky spreads out at night, and in the early morning, you can see a family of deer walking slowly on the course with no one around, and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Moreover, you can fully enjoy special practice unique to a golf course, which cannot be done at a driving range in the city. (Of course, within the bounds of manners and morals) The reception was courteous, and they pleasantly accommodated my sudden requests, leaving a good impression. If I may say one thing, it would be nice if "one round per guest is OK." Although I originally went for the purpose of staying, seeing the course in front of me made me want to play a round. The few days I stayed this time were very good, and I felt like I found a "special good place!" and was very satisfied.

The Facility and amenities are minimal, so it's recommended to bring what you need. The Facility is old, but its convenient location near the station and the delicious complimentary breakfast curry make it satisfying.

It would have been nice to have Wifi But it was a good Hotel

From the warm welcome at the entrance to having my belongings prepared that I had left with you so I could head out fishing early, everything was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

This hotel is a renovated accommodation. The room I stayed in had a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere, but there seem to be clean rooms as well. The TV offers plenty of movies to watch, and the bathroom is very spacious. If you have older children, it might be something to consider. The reception staff provided polite service. If you park in the inner parking lot, there’s no issue; however, if you park outside, the steep slope may cause most cars to scrape underneath. It’s better to park at a nearby Times parking lot instead—they will adjust for the difference in cost. I had a comfortable stay overall. Of course, there is only one bed available in the room.

I stayed at APA again after a long time, and felt it was a higher level than other business hotels. The amenities are not offered buffet-style, and the linens and toothbrush were high quality, which I appreciated. The Room was clean—including the bathroom area and air conditioning—and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that breakfast is served at the ramen shop on the first floor. I expected it to be arranged more like a breakfast menu, but in a plain interior they served a regular hearty ramen set, which was quite heavy for the morning. I think offering breakfast at nearby chain set-meal restaurants would lead to higher satisfaction.

A new Hotel with clean and well-maintained Facilities. Although there was no bathtub, the shower pressure was sufficient, and the front desk staff provided polite and pleasant service (thank you). The location is also convenient; I had dinner in Kawaramachi and walked back to the Hotel. If I had to point out a downside, the hairdryer in the Room was quite standard and might lack power.
