Thank you for having me for one night. The Room was clean, and the price was reasonable.

The room has a traditional style, but the tatami room was surprisingly comfortable to stay in.

Stayed one night at "Kikyo" with my spouse, no meals included. The atmosphere, service, and private Onsen were excellent. I would love to visit again. If I had to mention any drawbacks, there was only one vending machine on the premises that did not accept 500 yen coins or 1,000 yen bills, and the area around the Room building was completely dark at night.

I chose this place to fully enjoy the JIN6 sauna. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional storehouse. The view of the inlet from the Room was wonderful, and I stretched out on the daybed-like sofa by the window and enjoyed the long twilight. Since there is no dining option at this Accommodation, I made a dinner Reservation at a nearby Accommodation and enjoyed squid dishes, then had a seafood rice bowl at a local diner for breakfast. The sauna is available to guests for 1,000 yen anytime until 1:00 p.m. the next day, and because it’s such an enjoyable sauna, I was really glad I could use it many times. Now that I know it’s easier than expected to get here from Fukuoka Airport by bus or train, I’d love to visit again in another season.

The Facility is a bit far from the Onsen, and unfortunately, the temperature adjustment of the Onsen was out of order this time, making it slightly lukewarm, and the open-air bath was unavailable. However, the Room was spacious, with a large private bath and washroom. The meals were excellent with sukiyaki and udon-suki options available. Rice refills were free, and soft drinks were unlimited. It was overall very enjoyable. Since the Room is large, heating might be less effective in midwinter and could feel slightly cold; however, an oil fan heater was provided, which made it manageable.

The owner is a woman, and many of the staff are women as well, so female guests can feel at ease. The breakfast and dinner prices at arrival were different from what they were at the time of Reservation, so it seems the rates had been raised without notice. The futon bedding is quite simple, so opinions may vary. Google Reviews can be a bit harsh, but the Accommodation staff were kind, everything was kept very clean, and it felt like staying at a cozy countryside guesthouse—overall comfortable enough. There were guests from many countries, but everyone was quiet and well-mannered. You can’t see the sea from the Accommodation, but Aharen Beach is only a 2–3 minute walk away.

This is a Hotel we’ve stayed at several times. This was our first visit since the dog run was renovated. We made a Reservation under a very good-value Plan, but we were told the listed price was incorrect. At checkout, we paid an additional charge for one more person. On the day, another party apparently canceled, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! Thanks to that, we were able to relax and take it easy. We also heard the head chef has changed, and the meals—especially breakfast—were upgraded and delicious. The only disappointment was that a staff member who always adored our dog (and whom our dog loved) had left last year. They are still featured in staff introductions on Instagram, so I assumed they were still at Aburatsubo. Since we were looking forward to seeing them again, both my husband and I were shocked. To avoid misunderstandings like this, it might be better to remove Instagram posts featuring staff who have left. I was worried whether our dog would like the renovated dog run, but they seemed to love it and played happily. Fortunately, another staff member is still at Aburatsubo and gave our dog lots of attention during our stay as well, which made us very happy. It’s close by within the prefecture, so we’re thinking of visiting again during the summer season.

The sunset and sunrise were absolutely wonderful. The Onsen was also very nice. Even after we got close to the Accommodation, we couldn’t find it and had to look around. Since the Accommodation wasn’t listed on our car’s navigation system, we asked a local and were able to find it.

I stayed here for business. It’s close to the station with convenient access, and I’d like to stay again.

The building and facility may be old, but the room, toilet, and bath are spacious. There is a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel, and the room has a microwave. I stayed for two nights and had a comfortable experience. Breakfast includes complimentary rice ball bento and tea, the price is reasonable, and I will use this place again when visiting Tokyo. Some reviews have negative comments, but I think they are exaggerated.

The TV remote control had a minor malfunction, but they promptly provided a replacement. I also left my smartphone's power cord behind when I checked out, but when I called later to inquire, they had kept it for me and sent it by cash on delivery. I was really grateful. I appreciate the high level of responsiveness from the staff!

The Room is spacious and new, so everything is spotless. The view from the Room is also great. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, which is very convenient. It was such a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that it felt like a waste to stay for only one night. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

This is a property located within a golf course. The room is simple and minimal. It features a quality bed, a large sofa, amenities as described, and a refrigerator typical of a business hotel. The shower booth has an overhead shower. The lighting is dim, creating a relaxing space. There is no side table or TV in the room. After actually staying, I felt there are things that people considering staying should be aware of and understand in advance. That is, this property is located in a golf course, not a hotel. The people working here are not hotel staff. They are individuals working in their respective positions at the golf course. There is no bathtub in the room. It is available in the clubhouse, but cannot be used at night. It needs to be used by the evening. Being a golf course, it is full of nature. There are insects, spider webs outside, and dust is naturally present. Located in the mountains, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, and it gets completely dark after sunset. The staff all leave after business hours, so there are no people other than guests at night. (There seems to be a contact for emergencies) Due to the limited information and reviews available, it is easy to misunderstand, and those unfamiliar with golf courses may perceive the differences from a hotel as "dissatisfaction" due to preconceived notions. However, Since it is not a hotel with many rooms, you can spend a very quiet, extraordinary, and leisurely time. Surrounded by nature and greenery, you can only hear the birds, the sunset is very beautiful, and if the weather is favorable, a starry sky spreads out at night, and in the early morning, you can see a family of deer walking slowly on the course with no one around, and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Moreover, you can fully enjoy special practice unique to a golf course, which cannot be done at a driving range in the city. (Of course, within the bounds of manners and morals) The reception was courteous, and they pleasantly accommodated my sudden requests, leaving a good impression. If I may say one thing, it would be nice if "one round per guest is OK." Although I originally went for the purpose of staying, seeing the course in front of me made me want to play a round. The few days I stayed this time were very good, and I felt like I found a "special good place!" and was very satisfied.
