Thank you very much for your prompt and kind support when my wife’s condition suddenly worsened and required emergency assistance. We are also truly grateful for your thoughtfulness in preparing a breakfast box for us when we returned from the hospital. This stay ended up being quite hectic, but next time we would love to take our time and fully enjoy the Accommodation. Once again, thank you sincerely for your warm hospitality. Thank you very much.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I didn’t have high expectations for the Club Lounge food, but the selection was slightly different from the previous day, and I was happy to see that they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights. That said, since it’s a Club Lounge, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t an afternoon tea service—it would have made the experience feel more complete. Since this is Kagoshima, I would have liked to see some local sweets (for example, purple sweet potato meringues or Kastadon). That part was disappointing. Sheraton always keeps the Room thoroughly cleaned and spotless. It’s my favorite Hotel. However, I didn’t like that the toothpaste in the amenities had been changed to paper packaging—it was inconvenient to use.

It was very convenient since we traveled by train a lot. The room had a massage chair, and the foot massage made me feel much better the next day. It was great to be able to relax in the bath. I also appreciated the complimentary water service. It was a clean, quiet, and conveniently located hotel—we were saying we’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Although we chose a room without an open-air bath, the large public bath was not used much by other guests, so we were able to enjoy it spaciously and were very satisfied. As this is a small inn with few guests, we were able to dine at a relaxed pace and were very satisfied. At larger properties, meals are often crowded and it can be disappointing when the items you want are gone.

Whenever I come to Matsuyama for work, I always stay here. The all-night sauna and Onsen are fantastic! The cool source spring water in the Onsen feels incredibly refreshing. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

Although it was a last-minute Reservation, everything was handled smoothly. Even though we checked in late, there were no issues. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Toyohashi Station, and we would like to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. Only my parents stayed overnight; after I escorted them to their Room, I left. The proprietress remembered that it was for his 88th birthday and arranged a surprise celebration with the staff. Both my father and mother were truly delighted, and I’m told it became a wonderful memory—thank you very much. This is a lovely Ryokan with exceptional hospitality.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique blend of urban convenience and nature, and the large public bath was excellent. We were able to relax together as a family. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hiroshima Station, they stored our luggage before and after check-in, which made sightseeing very easy. When I called with a question about the Plan, the staff were very kind, and everyone at the front desk was polite and pleasant. The Room was spacious with a great view, and having the bath and toilet separate allowed us to relax comfortably. I did notice some dust had accumulated on top of the mirror above the sink, but everything else was clean. The breakfast venue also had a wonderful view, and we enjoyed it in a great atmosphere. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, I wished there had been a bit more variety in the menu. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I visited Kamogawa during Silver Week. After checking in at reception, I was able to relax in the lobby lounge and enjoy complimentary drinks until check-in time. The property was very clean, and the interior was carefully maintained. Since it was Silver Week, there were many families with children, and the kids’ room in particular was very popular. There were various play areas including model trains, and the immersive attraction using video was especially impressive and seemed well received by families. The large public bath also had a spacious open-air bath on the 7th floor, where I could bathe comfortably while feeling the sea breeze. Dinner this time was a buffet; the tuna and bonito, simmered golden eye snapper, and grilled scallops were especially delicious. For dessert, the homemade pudding was excellent. The staff were flexible and very helpful. Thank you very much.

About a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, it’s in a very convenient location with two convenience stores nearby and a well-known steak restaurant. The Room, lobby, and other areas are stylish and leave a great impression. The rooftop pool is open until night; it’s easy to use and an infinity pool, which also feels very chic. Many guests are from Asia. I didn’t have any particularly negative impressions, but while the building is excellent, the staff seem inexperienced and their service lacks hospitality. I felt this Hotel could reach an even higher level with more focus on staff training. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

With its spacious facilities and lush natural surroundings, I was able to relax, unwind, and feel refreshed. The meals were also delicious, and I enjoyed the wide variety offered at the buffet. The bath was spacious and wonderful. After the bath, we had fun with table tennis and the manga corner. I would love to stay here again.

The Hotel had a calm, modern Japanese-style atmosphere throughout. The view from the window was beautiful, overlooking the Nagara River and Gifu Castle. The scenery from the large public bath on the 8th floor was also spectacular. I really enjoyed breakfast, with fun and delicious options like comparing different types of rice and making my own furikake seasoning. For dinner, I chose in-Room dining, so I could eat at a relaxed pace. The only disappointment was that the tempura in the Shokado bento had gone cold, but that’s understandable for a boxed meal. All of the staff were polite, and I had a wonderful stay.

This Hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, the outdoor pool, and activities in Motobu Town. It also serves as a bus stop for various routes, which was convenient during the hot summer. The ocean-view Room offered breathtaking sunset views. The food was outstanding—especially the steak dinner and the croissants at breakfast. All of the staff were professional, efficient, and wonderful. Thank you!

Stayed on the 24th with breakfast included for two guests. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the parking was easy to find. It was wonderful that parking was only 500 yen no matter how many times we came and went. Tempur mattress and pillow; semi-double bed. We were able to relax comfortably. The welcome drink (apple juice) was delicious. We also appreciated the bath salts—such a thoughtful touch. Above all, the breakfast felt home-style and was delicious. All of the staff were excellent as well. Thank you very much.

I believe it truly is 100% free-flowing hot spring water. From the moment I got in, I could feel it soaking into my skin and leaving it smooth. There were separate tubs with hotter water and slightly cooler water, and although small, the open-air bath was also very nice. If I had one request, I’d like the open-air bath to be a bit larger.

From luggage storage before check-in through check-out, the service is streamlined yet kind. The card-key elevator access provides reassuring security. It’s a little away from the downtown area, but once you get to the station, everything you need is there, so it’s convenient.

Everything was comfortable, with absolutely nothing that felt “off” or stressful. The bath water uses the natural hot spring source from Iida Castle Onsen, and I was very satisfied with the quality—comparable to nearby Hirugami Onsen. It leaves your skin silky-smooth, and after bathing it feels soft and moisturized. Breakfast was also high quality. I chose a mostly Japanese-style meal with rice, but later tried the bread as well—and it was delicious. There were three kinds available (croissants and varieties filled with sweet red bean paste or mini sausages). All of them were crisp on the outside and moist inside without needing to be toasted—truly bakery-level quality. Even the coffee from the machine seemed carefully selected: clean-tasting, refreshing, and full of aroma with no unpleasant aftertaste. It’s also great that you can simply leave without any checkout procedure. Highly recommended!
