I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

This was not just a clean Accommodation, but a place that felt like a “second home,” filled with warmth and thoughtfulness. In every corner of the Room, we could feel the host’s care and affection, and throughout our stay we felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The meals were also truly outstanding. Each dish was prepared with great care and sincerity—delicious, and an unforgettable taste. We had a truly wonderful time and are sincerely grateful. We would love to visit again.

The location is decent (especially for JR users). The Room feels clean, and the Facility is easy to use. There was no noise from neighboring rooms or above/below, so I slept well. It’s a good Hotel.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in the north because kids stay free, making it a great value. They confirmed our check-in time in advance and explained how to use the self check-in, so everything went smoothly! Thank you as well for preparing a spacious Room for us. Each of us could use our own bed, which was very comfortable. The clothes dryer was the same type we have at home, so it was easy to use, and towels and other amenities were well provided. Breakfast was included too; it came in a box, but it was more than enough. We had it both days, and the sandwich fillings and side dishes were different each day, so we didn’t get bored. The front desk had retro games and even an Okinawa-only Orion gacha machine—lots of Okinawa vibes, which we loved. It’s very close to Churaumi Aquarium, there’s also a Starbucks nearby, and places like 88 Steak and Mai Mai Shisa are close too—highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again!!

With flight cancellations expected, I searched for a place at the last minute. I was able to make a Reservation easily online. The Room was much more spacious than I expected. There was a washer and dryer in the Room, free of charge. In addition to the bed, there was also a two-seater sofa—amazing value for this price.

Excellent value for money—better than expected! Right next to the station, and there’s a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor. Bicycle rentals are also available. Since it’s not reservation-based, please keep that in mind. The room is small, but it has all the essentials and is spotless—no complaints at all. The table is spacious and the chair is sturdy, making it ideal for anyone who needs to work. And there are plenty of power outlets!! You can use them wherever you like—next to the table or by the bed. That was incredibly convenient for me. I’ll definitely stay again!

After moving from Yokohama to the Kansai area, we were looking for an Accommodation nearby that offers delicious French cuisine and allows for a relaxed one-night stay. In Yokohama, there were several great places in Hakone—about a 90-minute drive away—serving excellent French or Italian food, but for our anniversary we found and decided to try this place on Awaji Island through IKYU. For dinner, we enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious French dishes made with locally sourced seafood, meat, and vegetables from Awaji Island. As I’ve gotten older, the smell of Wagyu fat has become a bit heavy for me, so I asked if another meat could be substituted. They kindly changed it from Awaji beef to roasted lamb loin, which was excellent. From check-in onward we received pleasant service, and at dinner as well their thoughtful yet unobtrusive attention allowed us to enjoy the meal comfortably—we truly appreciated it. Breakfast was also a wonderful surprise: not a buffet, but served in a full-course style. The Hotel faces the road leading to “Ningen no Mori,” but it sits on a small hill; on the other side is forest. From our Room we could see the trees—it was quiet and very relaxing. The Room feels spacious thanks to its high ceiling despite its size. The property consists of three buildings with only a small number of Rooms in each one, so even though the lounge area is not large, it remained calm. We were able to enjoy wine at ease. Perfect for a short getaway. We also heard that venison is served in winter, so we would love to visit again during that season.

I stayed here to relax and unwind on my own. From the exterior alone it was exactly my style, and the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the wonderful scent of wood—perfect. Although it’s surrounded by nature, there are shops nearby, so I felt safe and comfortable even traveling solo. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I stayed here for one night on a trip to Kyoto. I often stay in Kyoto and Nara, and this place has the unique comfort of a compact hotel. It feels very cozy, the Facilities are well equipped, and overall satisfaction is high. Although the hours are limited, it’s wonderful that there are complimentary drinks. Having local Kyoto sake is a service that makes travelers very happy. I was delighted to find the same sake I had at Kyoto Station on my way back. It might be nice if it were available for purchase as well. The front desk staff were kind—I enjoyed talking about sake with them—and they replenished breakfast at just the right times, so I had a very comfortable stay. Kyoto summers are hot, so I’d like to visit again after peak season. Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the in-house Facility were still new, so we were able to use them comfortably. After dinner out, we used the all-you-can-drink plan at the on-site restaurant. I think it’s an affordable and great service. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again.

The building is probably old, but the Room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean and comfortable, including the unit bath and toilet. There were also two single sofas, making it a relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious, just as other Reviews said.

We stayed in a top-floor room. This hotel truly takes care of everything. Even though it was raining, we enjoyed the open-air bath with a sky-high view, the large public bath, and the in-room hot spring. The variety at the dinner buffet was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The made-to-order Mont Blanc prepared in the morning was delicious too. The staff were very courteous. The amenities were also exceptionally well stocked, and I debated buying the hot-spring-made cosmetics at the gift shop but decided against it—however, they were so good that I ended up ordering them online. It’s a hotel where one night just isn’t enough. I’d love to book again for my birthday next year! We’ll be back.

We stayed in the ocean-side Special Room “Winter Moon” (Japanese-Western style). When we were shown to the Room and stepped inside, we couldn’t help but gasp at the breathtaking view of Matsushima spread out before us—absolutely wonderful! The Room was very spacious, easy to use, and lovely. Although there is a large bath in the Room, we went to the large public bath on the first floor. The view from there was also beautiful, and the open-air bath was so comfortable that it felt like we could soak forever. Even though it was a holiday period with many guests staying, everything—including the bathing area—was impeccably clean and well maintained. It also felt calm and relaxing, so we were able to spend our time very comfortably. For dinner, we requested a Japanese restaurant. The dishes there were also beautiful and delicious, full of seasonal flavors using ingredients from Miyagi. The service at the restaurant was excellent as well, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

All staff are kind and welcoming, and the “welcome home” atmosphere feels wonderfully comforting. Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. You can fully enjoy the luxury of having the view from the open-air bath in your Room all to yourself. I would love to visit again.

We stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us. The Room felt very new and was impeccably clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. It was great to have both yukata and pajamas available. They also quickly exchanged the yukata size for us, which was very helpful. We headed to the bath right away. The large public bath was very clean, and we loved that the shower kept running without having to press the button repeatedly! Bathing while looking at the castle was wonderful. The hair dryers in the changing area were ReFa. The muscat vinegar drink in the post-bath lounge was so delicious that even our children—who usually find fruit vinegar drinks too sour—went back for seconds. Since our Room included lounge access, we used the massage chair there, enjoyed some drinks, and felt refreshed. Also, the bed in our Room was incredibly comfortable—I may have slept better than I ever have while traveling. I think it’s a great fit for those who like pillows that are fluffy, soft, and low-profile. The next morning we had breakfast at Mimasaka Kitchen. We already knew it had a good reputation, but it exceeded our expectations—the lightly seasoned side dishes and wide variety of desserts that weren’t overly sweet were more than satisfying. Even better were the onigiri made by one of the staff members—perfectly light and fluffy—and our whole family couldn’t stop praising them. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this Accommodation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our stay.

What I was most satisfied with this time was, of course, the Onsen. The water had a strong sulfur scent—exactly what you’d expect from Manza Onsen. The scenic open-air bath with its incredible views felt amazing, and I ended up going in five times during my stay. I’ve always loved Manza Onsen, and this visit reminded me just how great the water is here. Meals were buffet-style, with roast beef as the highlight. It wasn’t especially luxurious, but considering the Accommodation Fee overall, both the selection and taste were more than satisfying. The all-inclusive plan was also a big plus. Drinks are unlimited, and you can enjoy snacks and ice cream as well. There’s table tennis and other activity corners in the building; on this day, the activity was calligraphy. It was nice to have things to do besides the Onsen, and I could truly relax. The staff were polite and attentive, and the facilities were kept very clean, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room had both air conditioning and a fan. The refrigerator is empty so you can use it freely. There are vending machines in the building as well, and I appreciated that they also offer a late-night snack service. I stayed in late September, but because of the high elevation it gets quite cold in the mornings and at night. If you’re visiting from now on, bringing an extra layer to throw on will help you feel prepared. If the weather is good, you can also enjoy a beautiful starry sky at night. Rather than coming for luxury dining, I’d recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to take their time enjoying Manza’s distinctive sulfur springs, spectacular open-air baths with views, and an all-inclusive stay. Manza’s hot spring water really is outstanding—I’d love to come back again just for the Onsen.

We stayed for two nights. The moment we entered the entrance, we were greeted by a soothing aroma, and the lobby was stylish as well. The Room was spotless and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and we also enjoyed afternoon tea by the pool. We tried a variety of dishes and drinks. Above all, every staff member welcomed us with a smile, and we truly appreciated your thoughtful hospitality. This is the perfect Hotel if you want to spend a relaxing, adults-only time in Okinawa! We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The entire Hotel was unified in FAUCHON’s signature pink color scheme, beautifully balancing charm with refined luxury. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was surrounded by an exotic atmosphere, as if visiting a luxury Hotel in Paris, and I was able to enjoy a truly special time. At the top-floor restaurant, I also noticed many guests visiting from France, and it was impressive to feel such an international ambiance while staying in Kyoto. Thanks to the beautiful interior, sophisticated space design, and the warm hospitality of all the staff, this stay was once again comfortable and elegant. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

Dinner this time was kept simple, but the quality was excellent, and both the taste and portion were completely satisfying. If I may make one request, the udon and ramen noodles at the buffet tend to get soggy, so I hope you can find a way to improve that—it's a shame because the broth is so delicious. This time as well, the in-Room bath uses Onsen water, so I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in its soothing warmth. How luxurious it is to have Onsen water come out just by turning the tap! I also used the large public bath this time and fully enjoyed the Onsen. Above all, everyone on the Hotel staff provided warm hospitality that made me feel welcome to relax as much as I wanted, so I was able to unwind completely. I would like to stay again.
