I stayed here for a fan trip, and I felt safe thanks to the women-only area and the key-access system that prevents the door from opening without tapping your key. I was also happy that there was a private, lockable shower room. This was my first stay, but I’d definitely like to stay again.

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. A clean property, a buffet, and a large bath! We enjoyed our reserved table tennis, and afterward you kindly extended our karaoke time by an extra 30 minutes. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the Hotel staff, my children in their second year of working life were able to forget their daily stress and smile more. Thank you for a truly wonderful day.

We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

My first contact was a phone call to let them know I would be arriving late, and the call was pleasant; they immediately adjusted the dinner time for me as well. What stayed with me most was the service after check-in. A staff member escorted us to our Room and gave a thorough, attentive explanation of how to get around the property and where the emergency exits were. While many places give rushed instructions at reception, it had been a while since we were guided all the way to our Room, and that consideration really meant a lot to us as we were tired upon arrival. At the dining area, a male staff member welcomed us with a gentle manner, and the dishes had wonderfully rich dashi flavor—so much so that “delicious” kept slipping out with every bite. Of course, the Onsen was spacious and very relaxing as well. Everything was excellent. All of the staff treated us with genuine care. After all, the greatest luxury when traveling is heartfelt hospitality. This Accommodation has been the best I have ever stayed at. Next time, I would like to visit again with staying here as my main purpose.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

It was very reasonably priced, and I slept well and was able to rest 충분に. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. I think it is a very good Hotel.

With prices rising everywhere, I think this Hotel offers excellent value near Disney! The Room is clean and cute, and it’s spacious enough for two people. There isn’t a direct bus to DisneySea, but you can take the bus to Maihama, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. I’d love to stay again!

When I checked in on a rainy day, I was truly touched to be offered a towel. Parking is also available, and at check-out I was even happier to see my name posted in the parking area. The room was simple yet highly functional, and having a microwave made it perfect. It was reasonably priced, but I was very satisfied. The bathroom has a shower only.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing along with a tour live in Osaka, and it was very nice. Upon check-in, I could choose a pillow to my liking, the amenities were well-equipped, and the women's Onsen had a password that changed daily, allowing me to enter with peace of mind. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

As I’ve said many times, the hospitality is excellent. The exterior looks quite old, but that’s no problem at all for our dogs, and the Room is always clean with no issues. The meals are delicious as well. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and were able to relax. Whenever we go to Izu, our family stays here. It’s great that dogs stay free of charge. We’ve been here so many times that we can check in without even saying our name. The Room is spacious—more than enough for our five dogs. We’ll be back again in August. Since the grounds are large, it would be nice if there were a dog run.

It was great fun being able to enjoy the hot springs at multiple partner hotels! From the room, we could see Beppu Station, trains coming and going, and Beppu Tower! The staff were also very kind and helpful! I’d love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the Reservation-only open-air bath, the cave bath, and having them privately. We expected it to be crowded during Obon, but we were lucky to enter the cave bath smoothly. In the morning, the large public bath also felt like we had it all to ourselves—another lucky moment. The meals were enjoyable both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes. The eel was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable. One thing: both beds squeaked a lot, which surprised us. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, so that was disappointing.

I stay here at least once a year, and I’m satisfied every time (which is why I keep coming back). This time, the meals were even better than last time. The Facility (the building) itself is starting to show its age (especially the balcony; the exterior walls may need repairs), but the view from the balcony is spectacular. It’s also conveniently located for visiting attractions such as Ryugudo, the Underwater Aquarium, and the Kaikoku Memorial Museum.

The adults enjoyed the hot springs, while the kids had a great time with the games and post-bath lounge area, as well as the dango and s’mores. The water quality was excellent—so soothing that we wanted to warm up in it again and again. Grilling our own dango and eating them freshly made was even more delicious than we imagined, to the point where we wanted to eat several. Since we traveled as a large group, it was also great that we could buy whatever we wanted at the supermarket and eat whenever we liked—it felt wonderfully flexible. In the middle of the night, my son suddenly became unwell and caused some trouble, but you handled everything without showing any displeasure. Even though it seemed like we should have paid an extra linen fee, you kindly said it was fine. You also checked in with us afterward—“Was he okay after that?”—and warmly told us, “Please come again!” Thanks to your hospitality, we were able to enjoy our stay comfortably until the very end. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

I stayed on Sunday night, and it was a quiet Hotel that didn’t feel like it was right in the middle of Ueno, so I was able to relax. The Room was spacious and clean, with thorough housekeeping, and the Hotel felt very well maintained. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ueno.

This was my first stay. It’s conveniently close to Miyazaki Station, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious and feels upscale. I will definitely stay again.

We visited Otaru for a birthday trip this time. The Accommodation was a very calm and relaxing space, and having an Onsen in the Room was the best. With the all-inclusive plan, not only was the food delicious, but they also served wines and sake that paired perfectly with each meal—everything was excellent. There is also a bar inside the Accommodation, where they offered cocktails and wines tailored to our preferences, brought snacks without us even asking, and truly took great care of us; chatting with the bar staff was so much fun and made it feel very welcoming. Every staff member provided truly outstanding service. We were completely satisfied with this Accommodation and would love to visit again. Thanks to you, we were able to have a wonderful birthday.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and because it’s a little away from the busy downtown area, it was quieter than expected even though my room was on the second floor. The room felt spacious, with a large bed and a sofa, so I could relax comfortably. It struck a great balance between convenience and quietness, making it an easy place to stay. I’d love to stay here again.

Located just a short walk from Obihiro Station Bus Terminal, the access is excellent. The front staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting guests with phrases like "Have a nice day" as they passed by. Complimentary onsen bath salts were provided, allowing for a relaxing soak. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Thanks to booking several months in advance, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. One downside was that my room was right next to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the sound of it moving up and down through the walls (it sounded like a dryer). However, I still managed to sleep well due to being tired—the bed and pillows were comfortable. Requesting a room farther from the elevator in advance might have avoided this issue. On the other hand, breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, including meat dishes, steamed vegetables, and omelets. Adding more variety in bread (such as sweet Danish pastries) or desserts (like sweet potato treats unique to Obihiro) would enhance satisfaction even further. Overall, this is an excellent Hotel with high satisfaction levels—I would definitely choose it again for my next stay in Obihiro!
