I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

This was our third stay. There is a dedicated entrance for dogs, so we were able to relax without worrying about other guests. Since it was the Obon holiday, there were events, and perhaps some guests went out leaving their dogs behind, so we were slightly bothered by a neighboring dog barking. We also noticed some footsteps from small children, but our timid dog didn’t seem too concerned and appeared to relax comfortably. Fireworks went up close to the window, and being able to watch them with our dog from a cool room felt like a dream. The meals were delicious and generously portioned—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We’re looking forward to coming again.

It was disappointing that the floor hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly this time; there were bits of lint and other debris. The bed making also felt a little sloppy. Other than that, I was satisfied as usual. I will use your service again.

The Onsen suited me well, helped improve my skin condition, and felt wonderful. The next day, when I opened the window, everything outside was covered in snow.

Conveniently located near the station. There was a large public bath, which I enjoyed as I like such facilities. A female staff member at the front desk made me feel more comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes, especially plenty of vegetables, and it was delicious. Just one thing: I gave a rating of 4 not because of any fault on the hotel's part but because I didn't check my accommodation plan carefully enough—it turned out to be a smoking room. Since I don't smoke, the faint smell of tobacco in the room bothered me. I'll make sure to check next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

I’d been vaguely avoiding this place because the exterior looks a bit old, but when I stayed for the first time it was surprisingly comfortable. Some parts of the Facility and layout do feel dated, but amenities and loan items are well stocked, and everything is kept clean, so I had a very pleasant stay. The signage around the property is also easy to understand. I was also happy there was a water dispenser. The front desk staff were good as well—helpful without being overbearing. Since there’s no written note of your Room number (maybe because it’s prepaid?), you might want to take a photo with your phone so you don’t forget it when leaving your key at the desk.

The building feels a bit old, but it is well maintained and there were no issues. The hospitality was excellent, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The meals were delicious as well—nothing to complain about. The stargazing tour was great, and I would like to visit again in a different season.

Pros: The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. The amenities are exceptionally well stocked, including instant drinks, shampoo, bath salts, and more. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free (highly recommended!). The Japanese breakfast was delicious. The beds are spacious—large enough for an adult to sleep comfortably stretched out. The location is excellent. There’s a Don Quijote and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping street is just around the corner, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. The Accommodation Fee is reasonable and offers great value for money. Cons: The building is somewhat old, and soundproofing isn’t very strong. When the elevator arrives at your floor, you may feel a noticeable jolt (there is a notice stating this is normal, but it can still feel a bit unsettling).

The contrast between the lingering snow on Mt. Tateyama and Toyama Bay is outstanding. The hot water was comfortable, and the meals were just the right amount for me. If I had to suggest improvements: one bath’s changing room is small, and a long bench takes up too much space. It’s hard to tell the yukata sizes. The dining room is cramped and nearby conversations can be distracting, so some background music might help. It was an Accommodation I’d like to use again.

Every year, I visit Ishikawa Prefecture to pay respects at my family grave, and I stay here at that time. The Room is clean, free of unpleasant odors, and quiet, so I can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious. I look forward to the pool, but it only opens at 10:00 and checkout is by 11:00, so I end up leaving with my hair soaking wet. If the pool could open from 9:00 or checkout could be extended to 12:00, I’d be able to dry my hair before leaving... I hope this can happen someday!! Thank you as always.

We stayed for a snowboard competition, with my son using Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied. We stay once a year, and this was our third repeat visit.

This was my first stay, and the Room was very clean, so I had a comfortable time. The staff were also wonderful, and I think it’s a great Hotel. I didn’t add breakfast this time, but I’d like to try it next time. My car didn’t fit in the multi-story parking garage, so I used the ground-level parking lot instead. They kindly guided me to the parking area, which was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

Due to an approaching typhoon, we couldn’t see the sunset over Mutsu Bay, but the view of Yunoshima from the open-air bath was absolutely wonderful. The meals were also very satisfying, and it became a fun summer memory!!

Free drinks at the lounge corner, the manga corner, sauna, stone spa, and buffet were all enjoyable. The showerhead in the bath was positioned high and angled, making it difficult to wash my hair without holding it, but I was satisfied with the water pressure and mist. I would like to stay at other hotels in the same group as well.

I stayed here the night before climbing Kirishima. The location, Facility, and service were all very close to the ideal Business Hotel experience. Thank you very much for providing such a comfortable Hotel stay.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. It was really helpful that the property is close to the station, since getting around on tired feet can be tough! All the amenities were available in the lobby, which was reassuring, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

It was clean and spacious, and check-in was smooth with the self-service machine. We were very satisfied overall, including the location.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s a flawless Hotel—spotlessly clean, with spacious beds and bathrooms, and reasonably priced. Excellent.
