I stayed in a twin Room with my daughter. The toilet in the Room had weak water flow and wouldn’t flush in one go, so we had to be careful when using it. The front desk staff were polite, and it was nice to have a large public bath, so this was disappointing.

Although it is close to the station, I was not bothered by train noise. I was looking for a Hotel with a large public bath, so I stayed here. I could relax in the spacious bath, and both the showers and hair dryers were ReFa, which felt very luxurious. At the breakfast buffet, I was able to enjoy Wakayama specialties such as Nanko ume plums and shirasu, making for a wonderful stay.

The motorcycle parking area is on a slope, and the gravel underfoot is slippery, making it difficult to park. The first car parking space I used was also gravel, and I almost dropped my bike while standing still. If you plan to stay here with a motorcycle, please be careful.

We stayed as a family of five. During Golden Week, the breakfast included, Facility, and service were all excellent. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The front desk staff were very courteous and kindly assisted us even with an early-morning check-out. The property was quieter than we expected, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

For this price, the meals ranged from funamori sashimi platters to fugu. I’d love to come again.

I stayed here to match my tour’s departure and arrival schedule. It was very convenient—close to the airport and reasonably priced. I would like to stay here again.

As I was pregnant, we stayed here for what would be our last trip as a family of three. The staff were very polite and provided attentive service. They also explained the Room thoroughly, and since it came with an open-air bath, we were able to relax and enjoy bathing privately as a family. The meals were delicious, and at check-out they took a photo of us at the entrance, leaving us with wonderful memories.

I love staying at inns registered as Tangible Cultural Properties and have visited many. This time I stayed in the “Matsu” room, which I was told is where Emperor Taisho rested when he was Crown Prince. Pine motifs are incorporated throughout—what a wonderful setting. From the veranda, you can look down on Furogaike Pond shaped like a gourd, and in the distance see the Nobi Plain. The night view was beautiful as well. The newly renovated bath in the room also came with herbal bath additives, so I could soak in wonderfully fragrant water and truly relax. Both dinner and breakfast featured Hida beef as the main dish, and I appreciated the simple menu. The proprietress has a lovely personality too. I will be back again!

We stayed here for a family trip. Since it was close to Toshogu Shrine, sightseeing was very smooth. The hospitality and service were excellent, and the bath was great, though it looked a little different from the photos on the website. The view wasn’t quite as scenic as in the photos, but we were still very satisfied. They also let us leave our car after check-out, so we were able to visit Toshogu Shrine during that time—something you can only do at a nearby Hotel.

It was a one-night stay. The staff were very kind and made us feel at home, making it an enjoyable stay for both my husband and our beloved dog. Despite our late check-in and delay for dinner due to our circumstances, they were very accommodating. Thank you very much. The food was also very delicious. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again. Next time, we will definitely check in on time, so please look forward to it (laugh).

The meals were delicious. The coffee service was also helpful. Although it is an artificial Onsen, it warmed my body and allowed me to relax.

The Room is stylishly designed so it doesn’t feel too small. The Soup Stock Tokyo soup and bread were delicious, and I really enjoyed them at check-in when I was a bit hungry. I had a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently close to Ueno Station, and I was able to relax. Another highlight was the spacious shower booth, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d like to stay again.

The meals were delicious. We had a set course, and every dish was excellent—we were completely satisfied. The hot spring was wonderful, and the staff were kind and very helpful. We would love to stay again!

This was my first time staying here. I arrived earlier than expected and was very tired, so I asked if I could wait in the lobby. After completing the check-in procedures, they kindly showed me to my room, which I truly appreciated. I was able to rest and relax in the room. Although the service felt somewhat matter-of-fact, I am grateful for their considerate hospitality. I was very satisfied with both the quantity and taste of the meals. Of course, the hot spring was also wonderful, so I would like to stay here again next time.

I suddenly got some time off and decided to travel. When I searched online, Hill Hotel Sunpia Iga came up with a meal plan. Even though it was only a week before my stay, the large public bath was very spacious, bright, and clean—and it’s an Onsen! My body and hair felt moisturized, and I warmed up wonderfully. Dinner was a kaiseki meal, which I enjoyed in a calm setting that felt like a semi-private room. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of options for both rice and bread, and I left completely full. The value for money was excellent—it felt almost too good for the price. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

Everything was excellent, including the hotel’s location and facilities. It felt less like a typical hotel and more like a charming traditional inn from days gone by, and I was very satisfied. I heard that “Campana” means “bell” in Spanish, and I also liked the hotel’s dignified atmosphere. Some of the staff are from overseas, but the Japanese staff were exceptionally polite and professional. I am grateful for their hospitality, which also reflected the warm, friendly spirit of the Goto Islands in Nagasaki. Breakfast changed slightly each day as well, and I was very pleased with it every time. I would like to express my gratitude. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed here several times, but this was my first time at Kobushi. ○ There is a gap at the bottom of the Room door, so outside noise carries in easily. ○ Because there is no door to the dining area, food smells spread throughout the entire floor. Also, dinner time is set at 90 minutes, and the next dishes come slowly. When dining with a child (one-plate meal), they finished early and it was difficult. These two points were drawbacks. Everything else was perfect. You can enjoy yourself from morning until late afternoon the next day! You can play a lot and relax, and everyone from children to adults will be satisfied. No matter how many times we come, my child says they want to stay again. Regarding meals, I’d appreciate it if the serving pace could be faster for guests with children—once they finish eating, they have nothing to do.

This was my fifth visit to Tsukioka Onsen. It was my first stay at Akebono, but Tsukioka Onsen has excellent water quality, and Akebono’s baths were great as well. Since I stayed on the last day of a three-day weekend, it was quiet, and I could enjoy the spacious baths at a relaxed pace. The dinner looked like it would be neither too much nor too little in the photos at the time of Reservation, but in reality it was quite generous and left me very full. Everything was delicious. For breakfast, the side dishes felt like they were meant to go with rice, but they were also tasty—I even had seconds. The rice itself was excellent too, just as you’d expect from Niigata, famous for its rice.

We stayed in a TW Western-style Room without a bath and rented a crate. The bath could be used without running into other guests, and the large dog run was almost private, so our dog could run to their heart’s content. Since the beach is close by, we went straight from the Room in swimsuits, and afterward we were able to shampoo our dog at the Facility, which was great. We would love to stay again.
