We had a very meaningful time in Atagawa, including enjoying the nearby restaurants. All of the staff were kind and helpful—thank you very much. The pool and the café next to the pool were great. The game arcade was also well stocked with toys for kids. We could watch the sunrise from our room and start the day feeling refreshed. The dinosaur treasure-hunt game was fun too. One free drink each day at the café was a nice perk. Checkout is at 11:00, so we could take our time.

I stayed here on a business trip to Nagoya. This was my second visit, and once again I am truly grateful for your wonderful hospitality. The building’s design, with its extensive use of glass, is beautiful, and with the facilities being new, everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The meals and hot springs were excellent, the room was spacious, and the price was reasonable—making it another flawless stay. This time I also had more time, so I visited the adjacent Urakuen Garden as well. It was a fantastic place, and I sincerely appreciate being able to enter free of charge as a guest benefit. Inuyama is also conveniently located just over 30 minutes from Nagoya Station, so I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

My daughter and I took a whirlwind 24-hour trip to Hakodate. Even with limited time to spend at the Hotel, we enjoyed wonderful meals, an Onsen, and a Room with an amazing location. It was a truly lovely Hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, with a wide variety of options—everything was delicious, and we ended up eating far too much. We used the large public bath, and the view from the open-air bath in the morning was incredible. Since we checked in after sunset, it was pitch-dark outside when we arrived, but once daylight came, the view from the window took our breath away. As far as the eye could see was ocean—an unforgettable sight for someone who doesn’t live near the sea. The staff included many young people and international team members, and everyone treated us sincerely and with warm smiles, making our stay truly comfortable. The only disappointment was that our stay was far too short. Hakodate is quite far for us so we can’t visit often, but next time we’d like to stay at least two nights.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

The view from the window was great, and the room was clean and beautiful! I had a wonderful time.

We made a last-minute reservation to celebrate a birthday. Due to worsening weather in Tokyo, we had to change our plans at the last minute, and while searching in Hakone we found this inn. Unlike many other places, there were many young yet highly capable staff members, and their service was truly pleasant. We couldn’t finish the celebratory fruit platter at dinner, and they kindly arranged for us to enjoy it in our room—we are very grateful. Thank you very much. The room was clean and quiet, and we would love to visit again!

Our family of four stayed in the Kurofune Suite for two nights and three days. We found this room last year and had been hoping to stay here. It was spacious and very clean, and outside the window was the “Kurofune” (the Susquehanna). It truly was an amazing space! Because we stayed two nights, we spent the entire second day in the room, enjoying the open-air bath, hinoki bath (cold plunge), and sauna all day long. We cooled down on the reclining chairs in the large changing area, relaxed in the massage chair, and lounged on the Yogibo—each of us able to enjoy a wonderfully luxurious time. It was also great that amenities included CHANEL, Dior, Shu Uemura, and more. We were happy that on the second day not only towels were replenished, but also mineral water as well as beer and juice in the refrigerator—plus different snacks and sweets from day one. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes with beautiful presentation. Everything was delicious, and both days featured completely different menus (with different ingredients), which showed the chef’s thoughtful care. All of the staff were kind and courteous, with heartfelt hospitality. Everyone’s smiles were wonderful. After breakfast on day three, as we were leaving the restaurant someone said to us, “Thank you for staying with us for two days,” which surprised us—in a good way—and made us feel truly grateful as well. The hotel itself has a charming retro Showa-era feel due to its age, but it has become a place we definitely want to return to. (It’s a shame I couldn’t upload photos for some reason.)

Every time I stay here, I feel the same thing. It’s simply comfortable. The staff’s hospitality, the food, and how relaxing the room is. Even after turning 60, life is still busy. I want to rest. I’ll be back again.

The top-floor scenic bath was wonderful; the Onsen was very relaxing. It was great how the view changed between evening and morning. For dinner, since I’m not a fan of buffets, I chose the special kaiseki course. There were many dishes, and everything was delicious—from fresh fish to a tender filet steak. The Room was a modern twin, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. In the lobby there was a coffee machine, and it was nice that you could have as many cups as you liked during the available hours. If I visit Shodoshima again, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This year, at my wife’s invitation, I stayed here for a birthday trip for my son and myself. Compared with a year ago, there were more international staff members, but I could really feel how hard everyone was working. This year again we chose the [Premium] Chef’s Selection featuring spiny lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh and delicious—we were very satisfied—and the other dishes were also creative and excellent. The Room was the Shiracho-kan Japanese-Western style room; it was easy to use, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The Onsen temperature suited my preference perfectly, and since it was Friday there seemed to be fewer guests, so I was able to enjoy it almost all to myself, which felt wonderful. I am always extremely satisfied with my stay every year; however, this time I noticed two things: the Matsusaka beef shabu-shabu did not have the usual impressive flavor I remember, and the toilet (washlet) in the Room feels quite old and does not function fully. Since I would like to continue staying here in future years as well, I appreciate your continued support. Thank you very much.

We had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt different from everyday life, making this Accommodation a perfect escape. The Room had a calm ambiance, and the Onsen was so relaxing that we wanted to soak again and again. As we soaked slowly while feeling close to nature, we lost track of time. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and we also enjoyed the seasonal touches and presentation. We savored every bite until the very end. Above all, the hospitality of all the staff left a lasting impression on us. Thank you for your thoughtful care. We will definitely visit again next year.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

The staff are wonderful. Guidance and help with any issues were handled smoothly, and everyone was full of kindness. I could really feel their pride in their work. The property was clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I’ve come to love Nara!! Next time, I’d like to stay a little longer. Thank you very much.

The buffet was absolutely delicious. Most of the guests were Japanese, so it had been a while since I could fully relax and enjoy such a tasty and fun time. The Onsen and the views were amazing. The Newhalf show was so much fun and became a wonderful memory. I had such an enjoyable, lovely stay that it made me want to come back again. I might go again next year.

I stayed here with a friend I hadn’t seen in 10 years. Since it’s next to the Red Brick Government Building, getting around was incredibly easy. After going to make a Reservation at a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, we were able to relax at the Hotel until our table was ready. It was also great that you can see the crowd levels for the bath and breakfast venue at a glance, making it easy to choose the right time. I felt the breakfast selection was slightly limited, but everything was delicious—I even went back for seconds of the clam chowder. They also offered Shine Muscat grapes in limited quantities; they were juicy and very tasty. The seafood bowl was excellent too! The rice is dispensed automatically, and since it looked like it might be a large portion, I chose Western-style vinegared rice for my seafood bowl. I was quietly thrilled that it came with eel as well! After checkout, luggage storage was locker-style, which felt secure. We could also relax comfortably in the lobby until it was time to leave. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

I’ve stayed here so many times I’ve lost count. It’s a Hotel that always makes me feel calm and at ease. This time I debated between Shigira and a large Hotel on Kurima Island, but in the end I chose Tokyu. I’m glad I came to Tokyu. The staff also seem to work together so well, and I really liked that too. Please keep up the great work!!!

Although we arrived a little early, they kindly welcomed us in. The service could feel a bit rough at times, but the staff were friendly and warm. Rather than the “extraordinary” feel of a luxury hotel, it had that uniquely Japanese sense of comfort and hospitality. When we got to our room and opened the sliding door (fusuma) to view the garden, some insects had come in through small gaps—probably due to the age of the building—and ended up on the inner window. If you’re not good with bugs, it may be worth keeping this in mind. Other than that, everything was comfortable. The building has a charming old-fashioned character, so I think anyone interested in traditional inns or historic architecture will especially enjoy it. The entrance and garden are particularly impressive. The food was excellent—no complaints at all. Thanks to this stay, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our holiday.

Free drink bar (including alcohol), plus post-bath ice bars and probiotic drinks, and manga. Amazing! The bath water quality is great, and the rooms are clean. An Onsen stream runs alongside the Hotel and is beautifully illuminated. Dinner was a buffet, and they even had meaty snow crab. I couldn’t help but overeat. A highly recommended Accommodation.
