One area for improvement: the 3:00 PM check-in needs better handling. There was a very long line, and it took about 30 minutes to check in. I understand that many guests were staying during the holiday period, but it would have been appropriate to offer those waiting at least a brief comment such as “Thank you for your patience.” That said, what’s impressive about this Hotel is how it turns that negative start into a positive experience by the end. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. The bed was made beautifully, and I slept very well. Above all, it was quiet, which I really appreciated. The Room was also spacious, and you can clearly see the effort to make effective use of the available space. The breakfast deserves special mention: there was a wide variety of options, and everything was truly delicious. With its excellent location just steps from the station, I’d be happy to stay again—even if it means lining up next time. It could easily become my go-to Accommodation when staying in Sendai.

The facilities and rooms were clean and spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy seven private baths free of charge. The buffet meals were also delicious. The staff were polite and kind as well.\nI believe this is common across Kyoritsu Resort properties, but the hospitality was exceptional—from welcome drinks to complimentary ice cream after bathing, free probiotic drinks in the morning, and even late-night soba.\nHowever, it rained that day, and since the parking lot was a bit far away, it was slightly inconvenient.

Our family of four stayed in the Black Ship Suite for 2 nights and 3 days. We found this Room last year and had been wanting to stay here. It was spacious and very clean, and outside the window was the black ship (the Susquehanna). It truly was an amazing space! Because we chose a Multiple Night Stay, we spent all of the second day in the Room, enjoying the open-air bath, hinoki bath (cold bath), and sauna all day long. We cooled down on reclining chairs in the large changing area, relaxed in the massage chair, and lounged on the Yogibo—each of us was able to enjoy an incredibly luxurious time. It was also great that the amenities included CHANEL, Dior, Shu Uemura, and more. On the second day, we were happy that not only bath towels but also mineral water, beer and juice in the refrigerator, plus different snacks and sweets from day one were replenished for us. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes with beautiful presentation. Everything was delicious, and both days featured completely different menus (with different ingredients), which showed the chef’s thoughtful care. All of the staff were kind and courteous, and we felt their hospitality came from the heart. Everyone’s smiles were wonderful. After breakfast on day three as we were leaving the restaurant, someone said to us, “Thank you for staying with us for two days,” which surprised us—in a good way—and made us feel grateful as well. The Hotel itself has a Showa-retro sense of age to it, but it became a Hotel we definitely want to return to. (It’s a shame I couldn’t upload photos for some reason.)

As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

This was my second stay since the Accommodation first opened. I chose it for its great location right by the station and because I wanted to have the straw-grilled bonito for breakfast. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again.

This year, at my wife’s invitation, I stayed here for a birthday trip for my son and myself. Compared with a year ago, there were more international staff members, but I could really feel how hard everyone was working. This year again we chose the [Premium] Chef’s Selection featuring spiny lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh and delicious—we were very satisfied—and the other dishes were also creative and excellent. The Room was the Shiracho-kan Japanese-Western style room; it was easy to use, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The Onsen temperature suited my preference perfectly, and since it was Friday there seemed to be fewer guests, so I was able to enjoy it almost all to myself, which felt wonderful. I am always extremely satisfied with my stay every year; however, this time I noticed two things: the Matsusaka beef shabu-shabu did not have the usual impressive flavor I remember, and the toilet (washlet) in the Room feels quite old and does not function fully. Since I would like to continue staying here in future years as well, I appreciate your continued support. Thank you very much.

We had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt different from everyday life, making this Accommodation a perfect escape. The Room had a calm ambiance, and the Onsen was so relaxing that we wanted to soak again and again. As we soaked slowly while feeling close to nature, we lost track of time. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and we also enjoyed the seasonal touches and presentation. We savored every bite until the very end. Above all, the hospitality of all the staff left a lasting impression on us. Thank you for your thoughtful care. We will definitely visit again next year.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

Even though I’ve walked along Teramachi Street many times, I never noticed this Hotel. It’s also very close to Sanjo Keihan, and it was easy to get there even in the extreme heat because I could walk through the covered shopping arcade. There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs, so there was no trouble at all with shopping or meals. The Room is compact but very functional, and I love that the bath and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a washing area and even a chair—everything you could ask for. There’s also drink service, and many international guests stay here; it seems everyone really appreciates the coin laundry. It’s also convenient for accessing the Tozai Subway Line, which helped me a lot on this trip. Despite all these services, the price is very reasonable. This may become my regular place to stay. Breakfast included eel, so I got a great nutritional boost first thing in the morning. And amazingly, there was an automatic rice dispenser where you press a button and it serves exactly the amount you choose—so impressive. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Due to Typhoon No. 13 and the Kumamoto earthquakes, our schedule was delayed by a few days, and we finally arrived in Kagoshima. Although we arrived at the Hotel early, we were able to enter our Room ahead of time, which was a great help after the long journey. After 3:00 p.m., we could also enjoy the Onsen and refresh right away! The high-ceilinged Room was clean and spacious, so we could relax well and fully enjoy the next morning’s Onsen and a satisfying breakfast.

I was overwhelmed by the Hotel’s refined charm, fully enjoyed a sense of happiness in the Room’s open-air bath, and although the course meal took some time, it was absolutely delicious! I travel to various places every year, and this Hotel exceeded my expectations!!! I’m so satisfied that I truly want to come back.

I was able to relax and unwind. The Onsen was great, the bed was comfortable, and the meals were excellent—I’m very satisfied. I’d love to stay again.

As last year, I stayed in the Castle Suite with my daughter. It’s a Room that any young child will absolutely love. It features two Kumamoto Castle-themed bunk beds, a slide, plenty of toys, Kumamon figures, an oversized TV, and a hinoki cypress bath. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary drinks—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—so while my child played, I could relax and fully enjoy some downtime.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and I had a pleasant stay. The Facilities and amenities are well equipped, making it comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety and was more than satisfying. This Hotel is especially recommended for business travelers.

The location near Takayama Station was excellent and very convenient. Takayama sightseeing was close by, and as a couple in our 70s, we were able to enjoy about a two-hour walk. The Hotel staff were kind, so we felt comfortable staying there. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were delicious. We would like to stay again and would recommend this Hotel to friends.

I was drawn to the plan that offers both dinner and breakfast served in the room, so I visited for the first time with my dog. Since I booked late, I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t have much of a view, but as it happened to be rainy, we were able to relax and spend quiet time together in the room. The meals were served course-style, beautifully presented, and very delicious. A note with a full menu list and explanations of each dish was included, which made it easy to enjoy the meal at my own pace. Both dinner and breakfast were generous portions, so I was very satisfied. I think it was probably fully booked, but we rarely ran into other guests and the hotel had a very calm atmosphere (maybe it depends on the day?). I’d like to visit again when I want to unwind. Thank you very much.

We stayed here the night before going to KidZania. The station is close, and it’s also convenient for getting to other sightseeing spots. It was hot on the day we stayed, and there was a sudden heavy downpour in the evening, but it was great that we could go directly from the hotel to a convenience store and restaurants without getting wet. The staff at check-in were very helpful, and the staff member who guided us early in the morning on the way to KidZania was also excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed as a two-generation family of four. Since my mother has difficulty walking and a barrier-free Room happened to be available, we chose this Room. It was very convenient, on the same floor as the lobby lounge. The Room was furnished as shown in the photos, but some pieces felt a bit in the way for moving around. The toilet door was heavy, and for an in-room toilet it felt oddly like a hospital-style door. There was also a large mirror directly in front of it; the placement wasn’t great because it was on the wall by the toilet and could be seen from the sofa while resting, which I didn’t like. The Room itself is very spacious, which is great. You can step out onto the balcony through the bay window and enjoy fresh forest air, which felt wonderful. The view wasn’t great since we were on the 3rd floor, but in return, the view from the 6th-floor bath area was unbelievably beautiful—something I’d never seen before—and I highly recommend using the baths. The food offered many dishes, and because the lobby area is spacious, getting around during meals was smooth—it really felt like being at a resort. Drink servers were set up so you could get beverages in various areas, and overall service was excellent. We could feel thoughtful service at every moment and truly enjoyed all-inclusive stay. For activities, there seem to be table tennis, karaoke, tennis, etc. Overall, it felt like most guests were Japanese.

I wanted a non-smoking Room, but none were available at the time of Reservation. Since my wife is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, I emailed to confirm, and received a prompt and courteous reply, which allowed us to head to the Hotel with peace of mind. On the day, our Room was changed to a non-smoking Room, and we were also able to relax in the large public bath and recover from our trip. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
