We stayed for two nights with our 1- and 3-year-old children. The location is excellent, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There are other Hotels close to the park, but this Hotel offers separate bath and toilet areas in every Room, and beds that are at least 120 cm wide, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We requested a Hollywood twin setup and bed guards in advance, and everything was perfectly prepared on the day of our stay, making it very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a microwave and water dispenser on each floor. We had no trouble preparing hot water for formula or warming baby food. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. They gave our children coins for capsule toys and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay truly pleasant.

To escape the Tokyo heat, I visited Oku-Nikko again this year. With concerns about bears, I chose this Hotel because both the open-air bath and the guest rooms felt safe and reassuring. It was my first stay in several years, and perhaps due to the renovation, the room, baths, and lounge were all very clean, making for a comfortable Hotel stay. The meals were delicious; if I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated a Japanese-style option on the second night of my two-night stay. I would definitely like to stay again.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay. As it was just after the reopening, the Facility felt brand new, and we were able to spend our time comfortably in a clean environment. In the large public bath, the scent of wood instantly helped us unwind, and the ocean view through the full-height windows was breathtaking. Even though we were on the east side of the Boso Peninsula, we were surprised to be able to see the sun setting—and it was so beautiful that we couldn’t take our eyes off it. It truly deserves its place among “Japan’s 100 Best Accommodations with Sunset Views.” The rooftop open-air bath we used before bed was softly lit with indirect lighting and had a calm atmosphere. Soaking while listening to the sound of water flowing into the tub made all our everyday fatigue melt away, and we could relax from the bottom of our hearts. It was a wonderfully soothing moment. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The new dining venue had a Japanese-inspired design, creating a lovely atmosphere and a comfortable space. Dinner was served half-buffet style. We were first served sashimi, beautifully presented with an impressively fresh taste. We were also surprised to be served abalone and splendid alfonsino (kinmedai). The abalone remained tender even when grilled, and the kinmedai had an elegant flavor. The buffet also featured an excellent live kitchen: tempura was freshly fried, and there was even Kazusa beef steak. Both were tender, making for a highly satisfying dinner. Breakfast was also buffet-style, and we were amazed by how extensive the selection was. In addition to standard items like salads, there were also sashimi and overnight-dried fish. The turban shell curry (sazae curry) left a lasting impression with its rich flavor, and the nikujaga comforted us with its gentle taste. At the live kitchen they made omelets for us—large portions with great volume—another very satisfying dish. Our Room was spacious and spotless. Above all, through wall-to-wall glass windows stretching across one entire side of the Room, there was nothing but ocean—so much so that we found ourselves sitting in chairs simply gazing outside for quite some time. Fireworks were launched from right in front of us at the fishing port as well—it was incredibly powerful up close. We had never seen fireworks from such close range before, making it an unforgettable experience. And most impressive of all was truly the service provided by your staff. We felt thoughtful attention everywhere throughout our stay; their hospitality was consistently attentive. It made for an extremely comfortable visit—a day we were completely satisfied with. When we visit Kamogawa again, we would love to stay here again.

Hotel Okura Kobe has the dignified charm of a long-established Hotel, and everything—from the outstanding staff to the excellent dining—made for unforgettable travel memories. In particular, it was truly pleasant that the staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went. Although it is a first-class Hotel, perhaps thanks to Kobe being such a tourist-friendly city, we were grateful for the strong value for money and reasonable pricing that never felt overly expensive. I would like to make this my regular Accommodation whenever I visit Kobe in the future. I usually choose Okura properties when they offer good value depending on the dates and city, but even so, The Okura Tokyo has become quite expensive. In that respect, this stay in Kobe was genuinely satisfying.

I chose this Hotel because Reviews said the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was clean. They also provided cleansing oil and toner, and the shower had a Mirable, which left my hair and skin feeling great—I was very happy. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything was delicious. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t have very high expectations, but the Room and bed were spacious and I was able to relax. The breakfast was also very delicious. They kept my luggage after checkout, which was a big help. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, and it made for an enjoyable trip. When I stay in Hakata again, I would like to use this Hotel again.

Far more than I expected, I was able to relax and truly unwind in the lounge. The Plan starting at 5:00 p.m. was more than enough to soothe my fatigue after visiting an exhibition in Ueno, making it a wonderful day. In addition to the perfectly attentive yet unobtrusive service, even for someone like me who doesn’t drink alcohol, the “light snacks” were astonishing—an impressive selection of both chilled and hot hors d’oeuvres, and the bouillabaisse was outstanding. As I’ve gotten older, visiting Hotel lounges has become a true comfort for the soul and a great source of energy for the next day. This place is undoubtedly among the top class in Tokyo, and I will definitely return to refresh myself—thank you in advance. The fluffy towels available freely at any time and the wide variety of complimentary drinks in the refrigerator moved me deeply with such luxurious thoughtfulness.

Since I always end up going to Hokkaido, this was my first stay in Akita. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station for riding the Gono Line. Unfortunately, heavy rain caused the Gono Line to be suspended that day, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. All the staff were pleasant and attentive, with just the right sense of distance. The lounge had a very relaxing atmosphere, and both tea time and cocktail time were extremely satisfying. There were about 10 kinds of Akita local sake, and they mentioned that their recommendations keep increasing over time. They also offered shochu, draft beer, bottled beer, sparkling wine, wine, and more. Just as other Reviews said before my trip, everything was delicious—marinated fresh fish, chilled pork shabu-shabu, iburigakko with cheese, warm chicken dishes and fish dishes. A lady next to me said she has stayed here many times. It’s close to the station and you can get there without getting wet in the rain. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. planning only to leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was ready so I could check in early. After strolling around Kubota Castle Ruins and the park right in front of the Hotel, I went back to the station and bought a cute Akita dog T-shirt and tote bag for my grandchild. Breakfast also featured a lineup full of Akita specialties—kiritanpo and onigiri where you can choose both rice type and fillings—so it had been a while since I felt completely full from breakfast. There were still items I didn’t get to try yet, so I’ll be back again—and next time I’ll ride the Gono Line.

After our wedding, my wife and I stayed here with friends. We used the connecting Room, and it was perfect—you can either separate the Rooms properly or connect them as needed. As for the Facility, we used all of the lounges throughout the property, and it’s no exaggeration to say it’s ideal for visiting with friends. Every lounge had drinks, plenty of space to chat, and areas to have fun—we had a great time.

Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The food was also well seasoned. The 10-minute fireworks at Lake Suwa exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. It was such a great Accommodation that we could hardly find anything to complain about. When we visit Lake Suwa again, we will definitely stay here again!

Omicho Market is so close it feels like it’s next door, and major sights such as Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District are also within walking distance. There’s a convenience store nearby as well—an excellent location. The Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, with the toilet and shower Room separated. The large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also wonderful. If I go to Kanazawa again, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel.

The view from the Room was wonderful, and the meals were delicious. Above all, we are truly grateful for the warm and pleasant hospitality from the staff. The Hotel is closer to the Otsuka Museum of Art than the museum parking lot, so if you plan to visit, we highly recommend staying here. With everything this place offers, the price is very reasonable, and we were completely satisfied in every way. Thank you very much. We are grateful for this wonderful connection.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

Although this was a last-minute stay, the staff’s support was excellent, and we were able to enjoy our time comfortably. The Room felt very clean, making for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Two nights with my family during summer vacation in a Mt. Fuji view Room. A relaxing trip with our dog. Mt. Fuji looked beautiful in the morning. Choosing a Mt. Fuji view Room was absolutely the right decision. Lake Yamanaka was cool and perfect for a summer getaway. The outdoor dog run was clean, and we had a great time playing. The rooftop dog run was especially stunning, with the contrast between the blue flooring and Mt. Fuji. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. However, after two nights we started craving rice. It would be nice to have steamed white rice at breakfast in addition to bread. One thing that bothered us was the smell when we first entered the Room. Turning the air purifier up to MAX helped quite a bit, but... That was the only downside—overall we were satisfied. This has become one of the Hotels we’d like to return to. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. The jacuzzi on the balcony was wonderful. It felt like an open-air bath, and we could see the ocean—an amazing view. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights: sunbathing on the beach, then back to the jacuzzi, and meals of Chinese cuisine made with local ingredients. We had an incredible three days.

My spouse and I stayed for one night and two days. We love traveling and usually stay at luxury hotels, and this Hotel was truly wonderful! We stayed in the Deluxe A type. The Room was very spacious and spotless. All minibar items (snacks, coffee, drinks in the refrigerator, etc.) were complimentary, and everything felt carefully selected with no compromises—really enjoyable. The best part was the in-room Onsen with an open view! Since our Room was on the first floor, there were no tall fences or glass panels, so all we could see was the forest scenery—it felt incredibly open. It was one of the best open-air bath experiences we’ve ever had. All staff members were kind and attentive, without the forced politeness or stiffness that can be common at Hotels. Thanks to that, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We also used the private bath, which was great as well. It could be used contactlessly with a dedicated card key, cold water was prepared in the refrigerator, and there were coffee milk drinks and ice cream placed along the hallway—thoughtful services clearly designed with guests in mind. This time we made a Reservation for the shabu-shabu Plan, and we were surprised by how much food there was. We assumed it would be a simple course with a small appetizer plus shabu-shabu, but it turned out to be more like a full standard course meal with shabu-shabu served as the main. It felt like more than double a typical course portion size, so I recommend arriving very hungry. Breakfast—both Japanese-style and Western-style—was delicious, with plenty of variety and satisfying portions. One regret is that both dinner and breakfast were served in an inner private dining room, so we couldn’t enjoy any views while eating. Out of three parties who arrived around the same time as us, two were seated by windows while only we were guided to an inner private room—that was a bit disappointing. I understand window seats are limited so it may not be avoidable; still, if we have another chance next time I’d love to dine by the window. Overall, it was an amazing two days enjoying exceptional service and our in-room Onsen. We would definitely love to return!

Above all, the staff were wonderful. No matter where we passed them, they always greeted us, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The Room was also kept very clean. Even the top of the lockers in the changing area had been cleaned. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

This was my first stay. It was a twin Room, and both the Room and the beds were spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated that the loungewear was pajama-style. Bottled water was provided, so I used it to make coffee (the coffee was purchased at a convenience store). If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.
