MASCOS HOTEL (Masukosu Hotel Masuda Onsen)

I stayed at this Hotel for a business trip to Masuda City because it was close to the station. Just as in the photos, the interior was wonderful (both the shared areas and my Room). The large public bath was also clean and very pleasant to use. What I especially liked was the samue loungewear provided in the Room. The fabric felt great on my skin and it was very comfortable to wear (I later bought one online). Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed in a spacious room on the top floor. The room was clean, spacious, and had sophisticated interiors, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time. Although the room had wooden flooring, I appreciated the presence of cushions. Thanks to that, I could relax and read books comfortably. Although it is a Business Hotel, there were relaxing Onsen and sauna facilities. The staff were very kind and attentive, providing comfort and coziness comparable to that of a Ryokan but with unique convenience not found in traditional Ryokans. It offered much better value for money compared to some overpriced Ryokans, making it highly satisfying. For dinner, we ordered a course meal but also added some à la carte dishes as they all looked delicious. My 2-year-old child enjoyed eating plenty of fried rice as well. Breakfast was served buffet-style and was delicious too. While the variety wasn’t extensive, there were local specialties like clam soup which I appreciated very much. It would have been nice if there were more fruits available.Though it’s quite far away from where I live, I would love to visit again if given the chance! Thank you very much!
