Stayed for two nights in a high-priced two-story room. It might be a good idea to check the homepage and other sources before using it. It didn't suit my usage. Concerns: 1. No TV in the room. Due to staying for two nights, I bought a TV at Edion. There was no desk to place it on, which was inconvenient. 2. The first-floor room and the second-floor room cannot be accessed without going outside. If it rains heavily, you have to go outside with an umbrella and use the external stairs to go to the second floor. 3. The room is dirty. It is not thoroughly cleaned. 4. There are no curtains on all the windows on the second floor. The morning sun wakes you up. 5. The reason for the existence of the first-floor room is weak. On the first floor, there is a bath, toilet, small bed, small desk, small kitchen, and dumbbells for muscle training. I didn't use them. 6. There is a loft on the second floor, but the stairs are narrow, and there is no railing in the loft area, so it's dangerous if you fall. 7. The electric air conditioner's capacity is insufficient, and it's cold. 8. The large refrigerator is good, but its location and orientation make it difficult to use. 9. It's too cold to have a party on the second-floor balcony in December, and the early sunset and dim lighting make it unusable. 10. The check-in location is far. It's just for writing documents, so there's little point in going. 11. The bath is good, but the groove at the bottom of the tub makes it unstable. 12. The desk is also difficult to use. It's almost impossible to work on it. 13. No toothbrush is provided. There was prior notice. 14. The room is dark. 15. The bed on the second floor is uncomfortable. 16. If you assume a large group will gather, the parking lot is small. The access road is narrow, and I was cautious with a 190 cm wide Hiace. A 2-ton truck might barely fit, but a 4-ton truck is definitely impossible. 17. The sea is hard to see even though it seems like it should be visible. Good points: 1. Cheap for its size. 2. There is a wood stove. It's rare, though probably unnecessary in summer. 3. There is a washing machine and detergent. Impression: I think it's a place to stay with a large group and have fun, but if about 10 people make noise, it seems like the neighbors might get angry. Even if you assume two elementary school children, parents, and grandparents stay, it seems like there would be trouble finding places to sleep. I didn't think there was a reason for two people to go all the way from Nara Prefecture to stay here. If it's just two people, a smaller, cheaper room might be better, but even then, it should be thoroughly checked beforehand.
