We stayed in the new wing this time. The Room layout, design, and atmosphere were excellent, and we were able to spend both nights very comfortably. The meals were very luxurious, but since we had a Multiple Night Stay, the buffet was the same on both days—if the main dish changed by day, it would have been even better. Above all, there are amusement parks and a zoo nearby, and since we traveled with children, it was a flawless five-star stay. Also, the Onsen offers a mixed-gender style where swimsuits are worn, so our whole family could bathe together and our kids were thrilled. We would like to visit again around the same time next year.

This time, our family of four stayed in the annex building. Based on information from Reviews beforehand, we were worried about the age of the building, but the Room was very clean and everyone in our family was satisfied.The bath was our first mixed-gender bath, but it was great to be able to relax together as a family.As for dining, it was crowded and it was hard to tell where the end of the line for the line we wanted started, so we struggled. We thought there would be separate lines for each area, but some people entered by flowing in from the neighboring area, so I wish there had been clearer rules. The food itself was very delicious and we really enjoyed it.There were lots of places to play both within the on-site Facilities and in nearby Facilities—so many that we couldn’t cover everything in a single day. Unfortunately, we didn’t have good weather this time, but even with rain there was plenty to do and we were very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to stay in the main building and see everything.
