The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama

My wife said, “The best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at,” and I agree. We stayed to celebrate our eldest son’s birthday, and we had an incredibly comfortable stay with nothing to complain about. The Facility was spotless, the food was delicious, and every staff member was truly friendly and kind. While it has a luxurious atmosphere, there is also a dedicated route (private elevator) to the spa, so you can easily go from your Room in a bathrobe—something we really appreciated. Above all, the staff spoke to our birthday boy casually and with warm smiles, helping make wonderful memories for him as the star of the trip. The only downside is that it makes you really want to go to Hawaii (lol). Someday I’d love to stay at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well.

This was my first visit. The lobby and lounge were dazzling from the moment I walked in, with a jewel-like interior throughout—absolutely wonderful. As for the Room, I chose the lowest grade, but as expected of a luxury Hotel it was artistic and spacious. The bathroom was so large and upscale it even had two sinks, which I really loved. It also seemed very well soundproofed. There was a wireless speaker in the Room, so I connected it and enjoyed an elegant time listening to music.I also used the bar in the lounge, and it happened to coincide with live piano performance, making for a very relaxing experience.I would love to stay again.
