  • It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Although we arrived in heavy rain, everything was perfect—the Hotel Facility, the staff’s service, and the meals—so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, making the most of carefully selected ingredients. Since we had a private dining room, we could take our time and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The Room was very clean and spacious, and there were Hotel macadamia chocolates waiting for us, which we enjoyed right away. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. The restaurant staff kindly explained even the origins of the ingredients in detail, and I was surprised when they made rice balls from the leftover seasonal mixed rice. We enjoyed them as a tasty late-night snack. Even while walking down the hallway, they spoke to us in a friendly way—chatting about The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii—and they took photos of us in front of large beautiful flowers, bringing back memories of Hawaii. The younger staff members were also very kind; when I didn’t know how to use the coffee maker, they came to our Room and patiently showed me how. The front desk team and even the person who came for bed-making also chatted with us pleasantly. Everyone had such lovely smiles.The only disappointing point was that although the bathtub was spacious with impressive marble, it was slippery at the bottom and I slipped. It may not be an issue for younger guests, but it would be helpful if you could provide non-slip rubber mats for elderly guests.It was a wonderful Hotel in every way. I want to visit again soon.

  • The Best Hotel Experience Ever

    My wife said, “The best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at,” and I agree. We stayed to celebrate our eldest son’s birthday, and we had an incredibly comfortable stay with nothing to complain about. The Facility was spotless, the food was delicious, and every staff member was truly friendly and kind. While it has a luxurious atmosphere, there is also a dedicated route (private elevator) to the spa, so you can easily go from your Room in a bathrobe—something we really appreciated. Above all, the staff spoke to our birthday boy casually and with warm smiles, helping make wonderful memories for him as the star of the trip. The only downside is that it makes you really want to go to Hawaii (lol). Someday I’d love to stay at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well.
