Dinner buffet available, no need to dine out.
This was my first stay at the Property.
Thank you for kindly accommodating changes to the Reservation schedule even before my stay.
Also, although I arrived before check-in time after checking out of the previous Hotel and stopping by Misuzu Coffee, you allowed me to check in early, which was really helpful.
The Room was part of a "leave it to us" Plan, so I was prepared for a very small Room, but I was given a spacious twin Japanese-Western style Room. Yay!
As for the bath, the open-air bath was under construction, so I could only use it on either the check-in or check-out day. I was looking forward to the open-air bath with natural hot spring water, but it wasn't continuously flowing; it seemed to come out intermittently (probably because it was too hot). I wish it had been flowing continuously. There are two types of saunas, but the mist sauna was lukewarm (is that how it's supposed to be?). The dry sauna had bright lighting and a TV, which wasn't ideal for someone like me who prefers a quiet atmosphere. However, the person next to me was laughing while watching TV. So, I would give it three stars.
The buffet was very lively.
There were many guests, and the staff were attentive, making it a pleasant dining experience. The previous Hotel I stayed at didn't include dinner, so I went to a conveyor belt sushi place and a tempura restaurant, but they were underwhelming for the price and left me unsatisfied.
This dinner buffet, on the other hand, had proper sushi with a wide variety, tempura, and more, making me wonder what the 8,000 yen dinner from the previous day was for. I realized that choosing a place with a dinner buffet included is more affordable and guarantees a satisfying meal.
The steak was tender and delicious.
The raclette cheese was delightful.
When it comes to Hakodate, I look forward to seafood, but I appreciated having Chinese and Western dishes as well, as I tend to get tired of seafood after a while.
For breakfast, the salt ramen was delicious.
The churros and egg sandwiches were exciting. There was also curry and sashimi.
I wanted to eat more, but since it was my third consecutive day of buffets, I couldn't eat as much as I wanted, which was disappointing.
Now, as I attach photos, I wish I had been hungrier to enjoy the food more.
