  • A Perfectly Sized Hotel with a Delicious Buffet

    The calm interior design and lighting made it very relaxing.The Onsen has a kind of neo-classical feel—like a stylish hot-spring retreat.It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a fully open-air bath.The haskap-infused water in the post-bath lounge was delicious.Both the breakfast and dinner buffets seemed thoughtfully planned, and I was very satisfied.In particular, the raclette at dinner and having vinegared rice for the seafood bowl at breakfast were great.

    The building is old, but thoughtful arrangements throughout make for a comfortable stay. A wide variety of meals are offered, including seafood dishes unique to Hakodate, which were very satisfying. The Onsen features a spacious area, with separate spaces for washing and bathing, ensuring comfort. Access is convenient as it’s about a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, making this Hotel easy to use.
