Hotel Monterey Ginza

We plan a girls’ trip to Tokyo every June, and this year we chose Ginza (Yurakucho). We made a Reservation here because we were able to stay at a great price during a limited-time sale. The location, atmosphere, and breakfast all made for a very satisfying stay. The breakfast seemed designed with international guests in mind and offered great variety—sukiyaki, seafood rice bowls, many kinds of bread, plus plenty of desserts and fruit. We ended up staying longer than planned because we enjoyed it so much, but we were never rushed and could relax and chat at our own pace—thank you very much.The front desk staff were also professional and helpful; we caused some extra work for you in various ways, but we truly appreciated your support.At check-in, you can choose amenities, which was fun—there were options like face masks, foot patches, and skincare sets.If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you for such a relaxing time.

This was my first time staying here (I have stayed at La Seur Ginza several times). The front desk staff member was a foreigner, but their Japanese was excellent and the service was polite, so there were no issues at all. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, but the Room was clean and well maintained, with no problems.The amenities such as the hair dryer and shower head were new, which matched nicely with the retro atmosphere of the Room.Don’t expect much in terms of the view from the Room, but the location is excellent. They also handled a late-night checkout and parking exit smoothly, so my overall satisfaction was very high.
