  • It was a comfortable and convenient Hotel.

    It was very convenient because we could walk not only to Ginza but also to Tokyo Station (a bit far, though). We also appreciated the amenities, including Sekkisei, and being able to enjoy YouTube and more, so it was nice to relax comfortably at the Hotel after sightseeing. One disappointing point: when I accidentally dropped the bed throw and happened to see the underside, there was an old-looking bloodstain that seemed like it had been there for quite some time.

  • Just the Right Comfort

    This was our second 2-night, 3-day stay since New Year’s. We love the breakfast buffet in the second-floor banquet hall. There is a wide variety, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. Sometimes the omelets were brought to our table and sometimes not (understandable during busy times). The atmosphere is not cold or overly businesslike, and the staff—pleasantly attentive without being overly formal—made our stay very comfortable. Thank you again for everything.
