Everything was exceptional from pick-up to send-off. I stayed here after a weekend trek, and upon arrival we were welcomed with a welcome drink, along with a clear and courteous explanation of the Accommodation—brief yet thorough at all the key points. As for dinner, to put it in gourmet terms: “a blissful dining experience woven from artfully presented plates and a refined atmosphere.” In my own words: the ambiance was wonderful, everything was delicious, and I couldn’t wait to see what would come next! The private bath we used after the meal was also perfect—an open-air bath of just the right size, stocked with popular in-bath amenities that were gentle on the skin—so I could truly relax. The futon was very comfortable, and breakfast was healthy and vegetable-focused with delicious rice; the after-meal coffee in the lounge was excellent as well. Thank you for seeing us off so pleasantly at the end. We’ll be back! It really was an amazing weekend.

We stayed as a couple. We had been interested after seeing it on the website and social media, and our stay exceeded expectations—especially the meal at LA VIGNE DINING FÛDO, which left a lasting impression. Being able to savor dining at the Hotel at a relaxed pace made for a truly satisfying experience. The Room and interior spaces were beautifully designed, and we found the scent throughout the property and in the bath amenities very soothing. The bright Room also had a kitchen, which made it feel more like staying in a vacation home than at a Hotel. It was such a wonderful stay that we’d love to return. Highly recommended.

I was impressed by the hospitality, the in-house services, the meals, and the breathtaking scenery that looked like a painting wherever I looked. I’m truly glad I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Hakuba. Next time, I’d love to visit this Hotel again during the autumn foliage season.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The staff were also extremely friendly. Taking off our shoes at the entrance helped us relax even more. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in August, and everything was outstanding! First, the food: starting with peach soup with lobster on the first day, followed by artistically beautiful and delicate dishes. On the second day as well, from the prosciutto and Shine Muscat appetizer to char, wood-fired lamb… everything was perfect through dessert—we truly enjoyed every bite. The garden is spacious and beautifully maintained, with wonderful views. The open-air rock bath was amazing. The Room was also spacious and spotless, allowing us to relax at our own pace—it was pure bliss. The staff’s greetings were warm and pleasant, and this is an Accommodation we definitely want to return to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I stayed here on a family trip with my father and sister. Unfortunately it rained, but as soon as the Hotel came into view, I couldn’t stop feeling excited by its beautiful exterior. The Room was a standard maisonette. The stairs were a bit steep for my father in his 80s, but we were very satisfied with the spacious Room. The Onsen wasn’t overly hot, and there were several options including an open-air panoramic bath and a medicinal bath, so I enjoyed it both in the evening and in the morning. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a great variety of dishes, and I ate until I was completely full while trying to decide what to choose. There were still more things I wanted to try, but I simply couldn’t eat any more…! Since there was only one elevator for going up and one for going down, depending on the time it wasn’t always easy to get around smoothly, but otherwise everything was excellent. My father and sister were both very happy and said they’d like to come again. I’d love to stay here again too.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

The male front desk staff member was wonderful, and it made me very happy. When I asked a question, he responded with far more flexibility than I expected, which truly impressed me. Thank you very much. He also listened to my conversation with my parents and kindly informed us of the bus schedule without us even having to ask—his thoughtful attention was very pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. Dinner was served at a fast pace, so it felt a bit rushed. Since we had the earliest time slot and other guests were coming in afterward, I understand it couldn’t be helped.

We stayed at this Hotel because it is close to the gondola for trekking at Hakuba Happo-One. The interior was simply charming, and we relaxed on the lobby sofas in the evening—the high ceilings made it feel like an overseas Hotel. Many of the staff were from abroad, but everyone was friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. We visited in summer this time, and would love to come back in winter as well.

It’s been eight years since our last stay, and this was our first visit back in a while. We returned because it’s one of our favorites, but here are a few things we noticed for next time: - We would like one more face towel at the washbasin in the Room, since two of us are staying. - Toiletries such as lotion are provided, but my wife said she would like emulsion/moisturizer as well. - A few dishes tasted quite salty to us—such as the breakfast soup, grilled salmon, and pickles. We had heard that Nagano Prefecture has been reducing salt recently. Despite these comments, this remains our favorite Accommodation thanks to the excellent hospitality of the staff. Thank you for taking care of us. We will visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on a family summer vacation. The exterior is not a new Hotel, but the lobby and baths felt simple overall and left a very clean impression. Our guest Room had very large windows facing the satoyama side, with an absolutely wonderful mountain view. The Room was uncluttered and simple, and the large windows were spotless. The Onsen was spacious, and both the open-air bath and sauna were clean and very relaxing. The Hakuba Happo Pond ropeway and the bus terminal were also within a 10-minute walk, so the location was convenient. It was a wonderful Hotel, but perhaps because the meals are geared toward Western cuisine, we felt there were not many Japanese options at either breakfast or dinner. The rice and mushroom miso soup was very delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied—this was a lovely Hotel.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to go snowboarding. The free Shuttle Service to several ski resorts was very convenient. The Onsen and Room were clean, and the meals were luxurious with all-you-can-drink alcohol. The price of around 10,000 yen is an incredible deal. It truly turned into an enjoyable trip. Staying at this Hotel makes you not want to stay at any other Hotel. Thank you very much!

I stayed during the lovely summer season.\nBecause it was a weekday, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a very spacious Japanese-style room.\nThe town itself has a calm, homey feel and hasn’t been overly commercialized for tourism; being surrounded 360 degrees by nature—green and blue—was truly refreshing for both body and mind.\nThe building has been renovated, so it didn’t feel old and everything was kept clean. However, from the entrance to the lobby there were everyday items that felt a bit cluttered, which was a slight downside for anyone looking for an escape from daily life.\nThat said, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and warm-hearted, the meals (both dinner and breakfast) were delicious, and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel like “it’s like coming back to Grandpa’s house,” so overall I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.\nThere is an open-air bath, but it felt slightly exposed as if someone might be able to look in from outside, so in the morning I used only the indoor bath.

We stayed for two nights. We didn’t include meals, but the Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, so we had a comfortable stay. We were able to relax in the bath as it was private during our use. The front desk staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would love to stay again when we visit Omachi. We had a wonderful time. Due to the heavy rain, the Onsen source stopped, so it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the in-room bath. However, we received a courteous message in advance, and your responses throughout our communication were very polite, so we were able to stay without any issues. Although we couldn’t use the in-room bath, giving 1 star would lower your rating too much, so with hopes for next time I’m giving 5 stars. I would like to visit again once the Onsen is restored. As a personal request, I’d like to mention two points for improvement. First, regarding the hanging light in the center of the Room: even when it was on, it felt dim. If you could replace it with one that allows brightness adjustment or switch to a brighter LED light, I think it would be more comfortable. Second, when walking from the parking area to the entrance, there were multiple nests of what looked like horseflies on the ground. There were many of them around and it made entering and leaving the building difficult. Since this is an important pathway for guests, it would be better to remove the nests or take some kind of countermeasure.

We stayed for two nights in mid-October with three generations of our family and our beloved dog, and we had a very comfortable stay in the spacious room. The cleanliness was exceptional, making it hard to believe it was a pet-friendly accommodation. The large living room and kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking together as a family. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, so we had everything we needed. (We bought ingredients for dinner at a nearby supermarket.) The separate toilet and bathroom made it convenient for everyone to use without any hassle. It was also helpful that basic dog supplies like a cage and pet sheets were provided. Although pets were not allowed in the bedrooms, our dog relaxed comfortably in the living area. The location right in front of the slopes (Happo-One Ski Resort) was perfect for walking our dog, especially during early morning strolls which were incredibly refreshing. It was also easy to drive to Kurobishi-daira, where we enjoyed stunning autumn foliage—this year seemed to be an excellent year for fall colors! We would love to visit again during summer when the greenery is lush. Traveling with three generations of family members—and especially with a pet—can make choosing accommodations challenging, but this place exceeded all expectations. It's highly recommended for families traveling with small children (grandchildren), as you can relax comfortably in your room while enjoying quality time together!

We stayed as a family of four. When we informed them of our early arrival, they kindly allowed us to enter the room. They also sent us URLs via text message for recommended nearby supermarkets and cafes. It was such a wonderful villa that one night felt too short! A slightly disappointing point was that none of the pet supplies were prepared, so it would have been better if the items listed on the site were ready. The bath was comfortable, and we had a very meaningful time. We would love to use it again.

Although I was a little confused at first because it was my first time using self check-in, both check-in and check-out were easy with no waiting time.\nThe Facility was clean and very well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay.\nI would like to stay again.

We stayed at the accommodation on the last day of Obon with my wife, two daughters, and our beloved dog. We have visited many luxury accommodations that allow pets before, but this one is by far the best! The beauty and elegance of the building, the completeness of amenities, cleanliness, and excellent location were all top-notch. The owner was kind and had set up a comfortable temperature throughout the accommodation even before we arrived. Above all, everything was impeccably clean. My wife, daughters, and even our dog were absolutely delighted!
