【Good Points】 ① Stunning views! ② The room is warm thanks to good sunlight. ③ A cheerful surfer-style staff member joked, "I'm strong, I can carry your luggage!" ④ All drinks in the fridge were complimentary. 【Bad Points】 ① Parking is challenging as it's along the seaside street. ② Since the entrance is on the 3rd floor, carrying heavy luggage can be tough. ③ Limited number of humidifiers; it gets dry quickly when using heating. ④ The room gets extremely hot on sunny days due to too much sunlight. ⑤ Wi-Fi was unavailable for all three days of our stay. I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

The view, Facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. I really appreciated the thoughtful items prepared in the Room. Since I did a workcation, it was also great that there was a vacuum cleaner even though housekeeping didn’t come in—so I could clean whenever I wanted without worrying about timing. Things I was glad to have: ・Vacuum cleaner ・Rice cooker ・Electric kettle ・Washing machine, dryer, and detergent ・Plastic wrap ・Dish soap and sponge ・Separate trash bins for sorting and extra trash bags ・A sufficiently large refrigerator ・Microwave ・Dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, dish rack/drainer basket, spatula/turner, ladle, whisker/frother tool?, bottle opener (etc.) ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap ・Power outlet by the bed ・Plenty of outlets overall ・Plenty of hangers Location It’s easy to get here by local bus from Haneda Airport or Kokusai-dori—get off at Ihe Bus Stop and it’s right there. You can also take a shuttle bus from the nearby Radiant Hotel. It’s a perfect walking distance to American Village; the route is along the seaside with clean paved paths so it feels great. There’s a large drugstore nearby as well as FamilyMart and a bakery; if you walk a bit farther you’ll find AEON and San-Ae supermarkets and cafés open from around 7 a.m. There are also car rental shops within walking distance—so we took the bus from Naha Airport and only rented a car when we wanted to go farther out. View Because I spent a lot of time in the Room during my workcation, I insisted on an ocean-view Room on a high floor—and that was absolutely the right choice. The main view is of the port area. You can see Chatan fireworks when they go off. Cleanliness Everything was very clean—including the kitchen and water areas—so it was comfortable to use them throughout my stay. Next time I’d love to visit with my whole family. A repeat-guest discount would be nice—and it would be even better if there were an option for pricing per room as well.

From the moment we opened the villa door, our whole family was amazed! The Room interior, spaciousness, and jacuzzi— and above all, the sunset, starry sky, sunrise, and ocean views from the balcony. Everything was breathtaking, and everyone said, “This villa is amazing! We’re so glad we chose it.” On our last day, we also enjoyed a barbecue while watching the sunset. Heart Rock and Tokei Beach were within walking distance for a stroll, and my nephew was thrilled to see colorful fish while snorkeling. We would definitely love to stay again!

Check-in was easy, and we were able to relax with the family. The bath is a bit shallow, but it is sufficient. We would like to use it again.

Clean and Beautiful Beach House The spacious pool was incredibly refreshing, and the bath was absolutely amazing. Equipped with modern appliances like a drum washing machine, Balmuda toaster, and Healsio oven, ensuring a comfortable stay. Kids will love the toy kitchen and tunnel for endless fun. We’ll definitely come back again!

We stayed for one night. We had requested barbecue equipment, but unfortunately the weather was rainy, and they responded very politely to our inquiries about whether to cancel. The Facility faces the sea, the garden has the word “AWAJI,” and everything—including the Room—was clean and comfortable. It was a shame we couldn’t enjoy a barbecue in the garden or admire the blue ocean due to the weather, but we would definitely like to come again. Thank you very much.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! Thank you!!

I stayed here in midsummer, when the high was 35°C! The air conditioner was limited to 25°C, but even at 25°C it cooled the room well. The view from the bed was amazing, and although we decided on a campfire at the last minute, we were able to purchase what we needed and had a wonderful stay at this Accommodation. A supermarket is also nearby by car, and since you can cook here, making ajillo and salad became a great memory.

Although I arrived about 40 minutes later than my 21:00 check-in Reservation, I was warmly welcomed and was able to use the bath until 22:00. The breakfast was also very delicious. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Mitoyo City. Thank you very much!

The hosts provide excellent service. Close to the downtown area. With a bathroom, sink, laundry facilities, and a kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a stay of several days.

We stayed here again this year, following our visit last year. Last year it was very cold even during the day, perhaps because of the rain, but this year we were blessed with great weather and it was almost hot when we arrived. As the sun set and it was time for dinner, it became wonderfully cool, and the meal was absolutely excellent! After dinner, we stepped outside and looked up at the sky—there were so many stars it felt like they might fall from above, and we even saw a shooting star. It was the best night sky! This is a quiet pension where time seems to slow down and you can truly relax. Thank you very much.

It was a Room with a private toilet and bath, and I was able to use it comfortably. The amenities were also replaced each time upon request.

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

I arrived early and was worried, but they kindly stored my luggage. I made the Reservation to see the starry sky, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see it. I'll come back for a revenge visit! Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. The Room and all Facilities were clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast featured seasonal dishes, all delicious and generously portioned. Above all, the hostess was friendly and fun. We even received a souvenir (seasonal manju) when we left. This trip became a wonderful one for us.

I stayed here in mid-June while visiting ancient tombs with friends during the special exhibition at the Kitora Tumulus. The Room, meals, and the bath and toilet were all very comfortable and relaxing. The rice was delicious, and I was especially happy with how good the sake at dinner and the coffee after breakfast were. The sunset over Komiya Dotan behind the Accommodation was beautiful, as it was just when the rice paddies were filled with water. In the morning, we climbed nearby Amakashi Hill and enjoyed watching the sunrise together. I had wanted to take my time in Asuka to see both sunset and sunrise, so I’m truly glad I chose this Accommodation. When I forgot my phone charger, you contacted me right away, which really helped. Thank you for a wonderful stay—I’d love to visit again to watch another sunset.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed delicious ajillo and barbecue. It was so cold that just taking a shower made it hard to sleep, but we were recommended a nearby Onsen after a short drive. The Onsen was excellent, and we returned feeling warm and had a restful sleep. In the morning, we made hot sandwiches and enjoyed them thoroughly. If I may suggest, since paper cups and plates can be blown away by the wind, it might have been better to bring our own reusable ones. We also enjoyed drip coffee in your lovely dome accommodation. Thank you very much!

There is plenty of space for one person to stay. Personally, I found the bed mattress and pillow very soft and fluffy, which was really comfortable. The bed area also had enough height that I didn’t have to worry about hitting my head when sitting up. Outside the bed area, the floor is the same as outside the Room, so changing clothes was a bit inconvenient. Items in the Room: a tabletop mirror, hair dryer (SALONIA), cup, tissues, towel(s), and power outlets in two places (at the desk and by the pillow). *Things you should bring (recommended)* [Toothbrush, hairbrush, hair iron/straightener, charger, skincare such as lotion] I wished there were a kettle, but I assume that’s part of why it’s affordable. Nearby are izakaya pubs and a convenience store a short walk away. There aren’t any large chain restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Since there happened to be no other guests during my stay, I was able to use the shared toilet, shower room, and sink without any inconvenience or security concerns. However, noise may carry depending on timing. The staff were polite and friendly as well.

As a first-time guest, I didn’t know the entrance passcode and was stuck. I contacted the Hotel after 3:00 p.m., but instead of speaking with someone, I only received automated guidance telling me to send my questions by email. While I was doing that, an email with the entrance passcode arrived (it wasn’t sent in response to my request—it was a separate email). Only then could I enter and complete check-in. The first email did not mention that a passcode is also required at the entrance, so it’s easy to mistake the number under the QR code for the entrance code. It was raining, and because the eaves at the entrance are high and short, some guests couldn’t get inside without getting wet. Other guests were also confused—I even had to unlock it from inside and tell them that the entrance passcode is different. It would be helpful if there were on-site instructions explaining how many digits the entrance passcode has and that it is different from the QR-code number. The Room itself was new and clean, although the walls are thin enough that you can hear TV sounds. Since I stayed in my Room during daytime on a Multiple Night Stay, I would like a “No cleaning / Do not enter” sign to be provided.

We stayed here with a group of 11 seven years ago, and both then and this time we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. This time we stayed with one Papillon, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The Facility is not new by any means, but more than that, you can really feel the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities. Everyone who assisted us was very pleasant. Next time, I heard there is an Accommodation for couples only nearby, so I would like to take our time and stay there as a couple.
