We stayed for one night. We had requested barbecue equipment, but unfortunately the weather was rainy, and they responded very politely to our inquiries about whether to cancel. The Facility faces the sea, the garden has the word “AWAJI,” and everything—including the Room—was clean and comfortable. It was a shame we couldn’t enjoy a barbecue in the garden or admire the blue ocean due to the weather, but we would definitely like to come again. Thank you very much.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! This was my third stay at allbeans. The first time was in Kochi, and the second and this time were on Awaji Island. Both locations are surrounded by no houses or lights and get completely dark, so I recommend checking in while it’s still light out—but in return, you’ll get a sky full of stars at night! This time especially, I saw shooting stars three times through the large Room window—and being able to watch them from the bed was an amazingly happy surprise. I’d love to stay again in a different season.

Although I arrived about 40 minutes later than my 21:00 check-in Reservation, I was warmly welcomed and was able to use the bath until 22:00. The breakfast was also very delicious. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Mitoyo City. Thank you very much!

The hosts provide excellent service. Close to the downtown area. With a bathroom, sink, laundry facilities, and a kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a stay of several days.

It was a Room with a private toilet and bath, and I was able to use it comfortably. The amenities were also replaced each time upon request.

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

I arrived early and was worried, but they kindly stored my luggage. I made the Reservation to see the starry sky, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see it. I'll come back for a revenge visit! Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. The Room and all Facilities were clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast featured seasonal dishes, all delicious and generously portioned. Above all, the hostess was friendly and fun. We even received a souvenir (seasonal manju) when we left. This trip became a wonderful one for us.

I stayed here in mid-June while visiting ancient tombs with friends during the special exhibition at the Kitora Tumulus. The Room, meals, and the bath and toilet were all very comfortable and relaxing. The rice was delicious, and I was especially happy with how good the sake at dinner and the coffee after breakfast were. The sunset over Komiya Dotan behind the Accommodation was beautiful, as it was just when the rice paddies were filled with water. In the morning, we climbed nearby Amakashi Hill and enjoyed watching the sunrise together. I had wanted to take my time in Asuka to see both sunset and sunrise, so I’m truly glad I chose this Accommodation. When I forgot my phone charger, you contacted me right away, which really helped. Thank you for a wonderful stay—I’d love to visit again to watch another sunset.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed delicious ajillo and barbecue. It was so cold that just taking a shower made it hard to sleep, but we were recommended a nearby Onsen after a short drive. The Onsen was excellent, and we returned feeling warm and had a restful sleep. In the morning, we made hot sandwiches and enjoyed them thoroughly. If I may suggest, since paper cups and plates can be blown away by the wind, it might have been better to bring our own reusable ones. We also enjoyed drip coffee in your lovely dome accommodation. Thank you very much!

There is plenty of space for one person to stay. Personally, I found the bed mattress and pillow very soft and fluffy, which was really comfortable. The bed area also had enough height that I didn’t have to worry about hitting my head when sitting up. Outside the bed area, the floor is the same as outside the Room, so changing clothes was a bit inconvenient. Items in the Room: a tabletop mirror, hair dryer (SALONIA), cup, tissues, towel(s), and power outlets in two places (at the desk and by the pillow). *Things you should bring (recommended)* [Toothbrush, hairbrush, hair iron/straightener, charger, skincare such as lotion] I wished there were a kettle, but I assume that’s part of why it’s affordable. Nearby are izakaya pubs and a convenience store a short walk away. There aren’t any large chain restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Since there happened to be no other guests during my stay, I was able to use the shared toilet, shower room, and sink without any inconvenience or security concerns. However, noise may carry depending on timing. The staff were polite and friendly as well.

As a first-time guest, I didn’t know the entrance passcode and was stuck. I contacted the Hotel after 3:00 p.m., but instead of speaking with someone, I only received automated guidance telling me to send my questions by email. While I was doing that, an email with the entrance passcode arrived (it wasn’t sent in response to my request—it was a separate email). Only then could I enter and complete check-in. The first email did not mention that a passcode is also required at the entrance, so it’s easy to mistake the number under the QR code for the entrance code. It was raining, and because the eaves at the entrance are high and short, some guests couldn’t get inside without getting wet. Other guests were also confused—I even had to unlock it from inside and tell them that the entrance passcode is different. It would be helpful if there were on-site instructions explaining how many digits the entrance passcode has and that it is different from the QR-code number. The Room itself was new and clean, although the walls are thin enough that you can hear TV sounds. Since I stayed in my Room during daytime on a Multiple Night Stay, I would like a “No cleaning / Do not enter” sign to be provided.

We stayed here with a group of 11 seven years ago, and both then and this time we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. This time we stayed with one Papillon, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The Facility is not new by any means, but more than that, you can really feel the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities. Everyone who assisted us was very pleasant. Next time, I heard there is an Accommodation for couples only nearby, so I would like to take our time and stay there as a couple.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. Above all, the food—including fish—was delicious. Over two days, not a single dish was repeated. Not only the sashimi, but also the steamed dishes and vegetable dishes were all excellent. When I told the owner that the rice was delicious too, he said it was grown by his friend. With an Onsen and a clean Room, there’s nothing to complain about. Using a smartphone to enter details at check-in was a first for me, but it went smoothly. Lake Hyuga is right in front of you, and the view was outstanding.

I was really looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the ocean view, but the powerful rough waves were impressive in their own way and we still had a great time. The sauna also heated up to around 90°C in about two hours, so we could use it multiple times—really great! There were plenty of plates, pots, and other kitchenware in a good variety, which was very convenient. Just one thing: the bathroom on the second floor had a very strong cat smell. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but it filled the whole space—some guests may find it unpleasant. We stayed at Manly Accommodation. Overall it was excellent, so I hope only the odor can be improved.

In addition to the in-Room bath, there is a large public bath with a small sauna, which was very nice. There is also a laundry with a dryer, which seems convenient for longer stays. The ocean view from the Room was also very relaxing.

Thank you for taking care of us on 4/17. Until now, we had stayed at a Hotel a little further past yours, but since we always stop by Fish on the way back, my mother said she wanted to stay here, so this was our first time. We chose the BBQ for dinner, but because it was our first time, we couldn’t figure out how to light it even after looking at the tablet. Also, the cassette stove wouldn’t ignite and we could smell gas, so we contacted the front desk. You checked immediately and promptly replaced the stove and showed us how to use the BBQ grill stove. The staff, Room, welcome drink, meals, amenities—everything was perfect. However, I’m not very comfortable with the ocean, and I was scared by the sound of waves crashing against the rocks and the wall in front of the deck as well as by the spray, so I couldn’t fall asleep at night. We would like to stay again—would it be possible to request a Room on the sandy beach side next time? Are Rooms on that side mainly for guests with dogs or family-type Rooms?

They kindly accommodated our last-minute request for a pickup. We enjoyed dinner in a calm private room. The seafood dishes were exceptionally fresh, served with restaurant-quality tableware and presentation. The entire property was spotless, and it was clear that the hostess and staff clean thoroughly without cutting corners. This well-reviewed Accommodation was warm, clean, and great value for money, so I highly recommend it. The cake was delicious as well. It made us want to visit again. Thank you very much.

The natural Biwamasu trout, proof of its orange color from feasting on plenty of shrimp! It's incredibly delicious!! Served as sashimi, grilled, fried, and more in generous portions. Living in the Kanto region makes it hard to visit often, but next time I’d love to try the eel hot pot (Jun-Jun). Thank you so much to everyone at the accommodation for your hospitality.
