It was an Obon holiday filled with gratitude for the food and all the staff. The Onsen was also wonderful, and I could feel the heartfelt care in every detail—especially the free ice pops after bathing. Thank you for such a wonderful trip with my dog. I will come again, and

We stayed here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 77th birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and our whole family had a wonderful time. We’re truly glad we chose this place. Thank you for t

I also liked the separate loungewear set. Even though it’s an affordable Business Hotel, the breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected—especially the curry, yakisoba noodles, and okra with sesame dressing, which were delicious. Thanks to all these thoughtful services,

Last time, I checked in late and missed the coffee at the front desk, but this time I had a chance to try it. It was delicious. The large public bath doesn’t have an open-air section, but it’s well air-conditioned and very comfortable. The breakfast is also satisfying. Last time

Thank you very much. We deeply appreciate the attention to detail and the support from the staff involved in the proposal. Thanks to everyone's efforts, it became an unforgettable and wonderful day for us. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future. Once again

Thank you for the wonderful service—it made our stay truly exceptional. First, I accidentally made a Reservation with the wrong gender, but you quickly brought us yukata in different sizes, which was very helpful. With fewer guests staying, the attentive, personalized service really stood out. We also enjoyed the complimentary pudding—it was delicious. The Onsen was available at night as well, so we could relax and take our time. The bed felt a bit firm and slightly uncomfortable to sleep on, but other than that we had no complaints at all. Also, it was pouring rain at checkout, and you kindly handed us towels—this helped us so much. We truly appreciated your thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kusatsu.

This is my regular Accommodation when I return home. I’m always satisfied with the warm hospitality from the staff. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, and the breakfast staff always greet guests with a bright, energetic voice. When they have time, they even take care of weeding and cleaning around the property—I truly appreciate their dedication. This Hotel offers heartfelt hospitality and clearly understands how to welcome guests while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance.

We stayed in a private two-story house with a Barcelona sauna. We were satisfied with everything—the Room, bath, and Facility. Above all, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the temperature was just right, and it was amazing. Everything provided—from the hair dryer and facial lotion to the shampoo—was excellent. It was the best Accommodation we have ever stayed at. We would love to stay again someday.

The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great. However, since there was only one elevator, it got very crowded during peak check-in and check-out times, and we sometimes had to wait quite a while, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the hallway was hot—I wish there had been air conditioning in the corridors as well. Still, considering the value for money, it’s an excellent Hotel! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Imabari.

Along with that, I could hear the staff’s warm and lively greetings, and it truly felt like a Ryokan full of hospitality. The Onsen water was excellent—my skin felt so smooth—and the meals were delicious, high quality, and very generous in portion size. Above all, the staff were
