It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Tenjin Station, and it's about 3 stops on the subway airport line to the dome. The women-only floor was clean, and the amenities such as Refa hair dryers, curling irons, and shower heads were well-equipped, which was very nice. I would like

Both the guest room and the large public bath were new and clean, and we were very satisfied. The large public bath is small, so during busy times, the lockers and washing area might fill up quickly, but during our stay, there were only about 1-2 groups, so it was very comforta

Everything was clean and spotless, from the entrance to the Room and the bathroom (the exterior is also well maintained). The staff service was flawless. I had breakfast, and it was delicious. If I had to mention one minor issue, the miso soup was just a little salty. I had a ver

The hotel is directly connected to Yokohama Station, making it very convenient, and the staff's service was excellent. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious... everything was excellent. I would definitely like to use this hotel again when I visit Y

The staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the Room, the delicious meals, and the large public bath—everything was wonderful, and we had a truly lovely time. They even lent us towels and parasols for going to the outside baths, and we really appreciated their thoughtful attention to every detail. I had always wanted to try “tap” mandarin orange juice, but I never expected to experience it at a Hotel—what a delightful surprise. Every dish in the kaiseki dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of items, all of them tasty, and our child was thrilled and ate plenty as well. If we have another chance to stay in Dogo Onsen, we would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

The front desk staff were very polite and kind, and I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every staff member provided excellent service, which truly impressed me. The Hotel was clean overall, the Room was thoroughly cleaned, and it was spacious enough—nothing to complain a

I am always highly satisfied here and can focus on work with ease of mind. One downside is that due to its popularity as a Hotel, it’s difficult to secure a reservation unless booked well in advance. However, my overall rating remains perfect—I would definitely love to stay here

It was my first time experiencing such a pleasant accommodation, and I was extremely satisfied. The thoughtful care of the proprietress could be felt throughout, which truly touched me. The staff were very polite, the meals were creative Japanese cuisine with excellent flavors se

My spouse and I stayed on June 19. The building was old, but it was well maintained, and the courtyard after the rain in the morning was lovely. All of the meals were delicious, and we both finished everything. The staff were also very pleasant. We were able to visit Amanohashidate, which we had wanted to see for a long time, and fully enjoy Kyoto by the Sea. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much for everything. While Tsukioka has many famous accommodations, we felt that "Hiten no Oto" truly offers heartfelt hospitality. Our family is already talking about wanting to stay here again when we visit next time! The onsen was absolutely amazing as well!

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the car, we were touched by every thoughtful gesture. Both breakfast and dinner were abundant in variety, delicious, and truly satisfying. We were especially impressed by

Last year was for a family trip, and this time for business, but the hotel was just as exceptional. The breathtaking view of Kagoshima City and Sakurajima from the hilltop location, the spacious lobby, the courteous front desk staff of this luxury hotel, the room's size and imp

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The Accommodation had a wonderful atmosphere, the meals were delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was truly perfect. The semi-open-air bath in our Room was especially relaxing, and we used it five times during our stay. Our

A message card and a small gift were prepared in the Room, which deeply moved us. Staying in the Luxe King Room on the top floor, we enjoyed the stunning night views of Minato Mirai and Bay Bridge. The staff were very pleasant, and the French toast at breakfast was exceptionall

The warm welcome for children, along with the comfortable facilities and excellent hygiene, made our stay truly enjoyable. I definitely want to return again. The convenient location near the station and the large public bath are also great highlights. Thank you for providing

The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which was easy to use and very roomy. Everything was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff’s warm hospitality was outstanding—truly what you would expect from an Okura Hotel. I would love to stay here again

I was very satisfied with the buffet. The main dishes, such as sashimi, crab, steak, and tempura, were plentiful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine. The replenishment was quick, and the all-you-can-drink option was a nice touch. The bath facilities were very satisfyin

The lobby is spacious with a pleasant fragrance, offering local candies and free drinks, making it a relaxing space. I was given a larger Room than the one I Reserved, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay while watching the Shinkansen trains. The public bath was somewhat crowded,

It relieved my fatigue, leaving me in a blissful state of calmness. I was also surprised by the availability of Nintendo Switch rentals—what an excellent idea! My wife and I had so much fun playing Mario Party together. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to stay at again

Every dish was delicious, and the portions were just right, allowing us to finish everything. We were happy to have finished it all. They also provided a Bumbo seat for our child, and although she usually wants to get down, she was relatively calm, so we could enjoy our meal wit
