It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 5-year-old daughter to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were originally looking for an auberge around the Yatsugatake area, but there are only a limited number of Accommodations that welcome small children. This Accommodation not only allows children (they truly make them feel welcome!), and I had long been interested in aqua tourism, so we decided right away. It turned out to be the perfect choice! We were moved by the open, expansive view from the living room and impressed by the tasteful touches throughout. Soon after arriving, we walked to a nearby field for the vegetable harvesting experience our daughter had been looking forward to. Surrounded by clear air at the foot of Yatsugatake’s magnificent nature, she touched the soil and picked colorful seasonal vegetables—an incredibly fresh and valuable experience that’s hard to have in the city. Our daughter is usually very shy with strangers, but she quickly warmed up to the owners’ kind personalities. We were amazed to see her happily harvesting vegetables with the husband on her own, away from us. The meals honored the natural flavors of each ingredient, and our whole family was genuinely impressed. The husband mentioned his cooking isn’t flashy, but it was truly exceptional—food that conveyed his love for ingredients and his desire to share deliciousness with others, nourishing both body and soul. They also pay great attention to tableware, so it was a pleasure enjoying not only the food but also admiring each piece. They prepared a children’s meal plate for our daughter, but it was so delicious that she also ate from our dishes—and even had seconds at breakfast and finished everything. Before checkout on day two, we joined a herbal tea blending experience. The wife taught us gently and carefully, and our daughter enjoyed it as well. It was educational, and her calm presence made it a soothing time. At checkout, while we were busy getting ready to leave, they kindly kept our daughter company. Seeing how attached she had become truly touched us. The couple’s warm personalities and thoughtful care, wonderful food, rich surrounding nature setting,, beautiful interior details—everything was outstandingand left us feeling warm inside.. I think this is an ideal Accommodation for relaxing slowly at your own pace. Onon thhe way home,, myy daughteer murmured,, “I won’t getto see big brotherand big sister anymore? I wantto see them again.” We would lovee tto return in another season. Thank you very much for everything.

This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

We visited with children, and the staff helped carry our luggage, arranged an early time slot for the private bath, and prepared an adorable kids’ meal. They checked in on us in many situations, and it was a warm Accommodation where we truly felt their thoughtful hospitality. The meals were delicious, and we were especially satisfied with the sea bream dishes at both breakfast and dinner.

We stayed with a group of five—close friends and family. It was the first weekend of August, and we arrived smoothly with no traffic on the way there. The place was spacious, very clean, and had a great atmosphere—we almost didn’t want to leave the Room, but since the ocean was right in front of us, we headed out. The waves were calm, making it perfect for a relaxing time by the sea. There are probably no beach huts or vending machines nearby, so we recommend bringing your own drinks and other essentials. In the evening we chatted while having a BBQ, then played games together at night—and slept soundly in our beds. The next morning we enjoyed Kamogawa Sea World before heading home. A fully serviced Hotel is comfortable too, but for groups who want to enjoy preparing everything themselves—with plenty of equipment provided—this place is ideal!

I stayed here with my boyfriend because we wanted to try dome glamping. The ocean view from the Room and the Onsen was amazing!! The staff explained everything carefully, and everyone was so kind—it really impressed us!! The BBQ at night was also very generous, with plenty of vegetables, seafood, and meat. The grillable cheese was unbelievably delicious—I was already full, but I still ended up finishing a whole wheel by myself!! (I’d love it if you could make the grillable cheesecake available to buy online too!!) On top of that, alcohol was free with all-you-can-drink... On the drive back, my boyfriend and I were saying, “With this much food and value, is this price really okay? Are they making a profit?” lol We were completely satisfied with both the price and what was included. It was our first trip to Ibaraki, and it became a wonderful memory!! We’ll definitely come again!! Thank you so much!!

Thank you for upgrading our room as a member benefit. The spacious room and the view from the couch made us feel truly pampered—it was wonderful. The bathroom also had a glass-partitioned shower area, and on top of that, the showerhead was a ReFa showerhead!! We didn’t expect such an enjoyable shower time. It was only a one-night stay, but if we have the chance, we’d definitely like to stay for multiple nights next time.

I’d been wanting to visit at least once, and it met my expectations. We had Japanese cuisine for dinner, with a wide variety of dishes—everything was delicious and we left completely satisfied. The woman who looked after us also had a wonderful smile. I’d heard the bath at sunset is amazing, but even bathing while it was still light out felt open and refreshing. We will definitely come again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days as a couple and chose the “VIP Pool Bar Access & Lounge Access” plan. The hotel was spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the amenities were far more extensive than at other hotels. The buffet dining restaurant “Nashiro” offers a wide variety of dishes, all very delicious. Breakfast in the lounge features a great selection of breads and is visually enjoyable as well. This was our third stay, and no matter how many times we visit, it still feels fresh and impressive every time. There are no restaurants nearby, so I wished there were light meals such as sandwiches available at the center pool. It’s a hotel we would love to stay at again.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s and our 1-year-old son’s birthdays, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Junior Suite we stayed in had a daybed, and the bedroom and living room could be separated by sliding doors, which made it ideal for staying with a 1-year-old child. It was also very helpful that we could leave our stroller in the entryway, and they offered rentals such as a baby crib, bed guard, diaper disposal bin, and bottle sterilizer. The jacuzzi on the balcony felt private and was something our family could enjoy together, and we were also happy to have Orion beer and sanpin tea replenished every day. All of the staff were polite and warm, which made it easy to ask for various requests. As for dining, we tried both the Japanese set breakfast and the buffet; there was a wide variety of options and we enjoyed them. Above all, the all-you-can-drink champagne was amazing. The champagne was such high quality that I wondered if it was really okay to offer it unlimited—and I ended up drinking too much in the morning. For dinner as well, we had steak at one of the on-site restaurants and also visited a soba restaurant and an izakaya within the resort; everything was delicious. We would love to stay here again when we visit Miyakojima next year.

The hot springs and the room were both wonderful, and I was able to relax throughout my stay. All of the staff were cheerful and kind, and the check-in explanation was thorough and easy to understand. Dinner was delicious and I was very satisfied! The drinks felt a little pricey, but the food was so good that it didn’t bother me much. The rice balls at breakfast were also excellent. Since check-out is until 11:00 a.m., it was great not to feel rushed in the morning—I could enjoy breakfast and then take a relaxing bath afterward. I was happy with everything—the hot springs, the delicious meals, and the staff’s service—and had a truly wonderful time. It’s an inn I’d love to stay at again! Thank you very much.

I’d heard the breakfast at Hotel Hokke Club was good, but it was surprisingly delicious. The menu was full of local specialties, including mentaiko, motsunabe, and fried chicken seasoned with ago-dashi. The Japanese dishes were especially excellent. There was also a great selection of drinks—I’d never stayed at a Hotel that offered almond milk. I made an almond milk latte with espresso, just like a Starbucks-style drink. Beyond the meals, the front desk staff were kind and helpful, and they took great care of us when storing our luggage after checkout. A very satisfying stay at this Hotel.

We stayed here as a family. Above all, the in-room open-air bath with free-flowing hot spring water was outstanding, and it was memorable to relax while taking in views of Suruga Bay and the sunset. The setting, surrounded by abundant nature across 6,000 tsubo of grounds, was also refreshing and allowed us to unwind and forget about everyday life. Meals were served in a private dining room exclusively for each guest room, and we enjoyed them at a leisurely pace in a space with an irori hearth. The monthly rotating creative Izu kaiseki cuisine was delightful both visually and in flavor, and we felt the attentive hospitality throughout. We also enjoyed visiting the two reservable open-air baths, and it was a nice touch to have local milk after bathing. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to, and one we would recommend to families as well.

Just a 1-minute walk from Oimachi Station, right by Exit A2. I stayed on the “Shower only / No bathtub (Single)” plan. I couldn’t find the QR code for check-in, but the staff kindly helped me. The room was clean, and the toilet and shower room were also spotless and comfortable. I didn’t notice any street or train noise, which can be common in busy areas. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. There’s a FamilyMart in the same building. I finished work late, but it was helpful to have Fuji Soba (open until 22:00) and Hidakaya (Chinese restaurant) nearby (open until 2:30 from Monday to Saturday). Unlike Osaki Station, Oimachi Station has separate ticket gates for the Rinkai Line and the Keihin-Tohoku Line, so please be careful if you’re in a hurry in the morning.

The newly renovated room (formerly a Japanese-style room), just like in the photos on the official website, was chic and calming, and we had a wonderful stay. The towel art for our anniversary was an unexpected and touching surprise—thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. We also enjoyed the evening bonfire café; although it was windy so we stayed only briefly, roasting marshmallows made for a fun time. The amenities and in-room drinks were also high quality, and we were very satisfied. Just one small thing: when I looked up while rinsing my mouth at the sink, I noticed a little dust on the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan (not caked on—far less than the one at our home). That was the only moment that made me think “oh no.” The large public bath was clean as well, and it was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.

The staff were wonderful, and the facilities, meals, and service were all excellent. It was a little disappointing that we could only use one of the private open-air baths. This is an inn we would love to stay at again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. The Room was a Japanese-Western style, very spacious, and the open-air bath was excellent. We also ordered flowers; the size and color were perfect, and she was very happy with them. Thank you very much.

I think it was a very good hotel. It feels like a slightly higher class than a typical business hotel, and you can really sense the dedication in everything—from the staff and the overall atmosphere to the breakfast. Their enthusiasm for making your stay a good one comes through, and it made for a wonderful visit. Thanks to them, I had an enjoyable time in Hakodate.
