We stayed as a couple in our 60s in a semi-double Room with breakfast included. The Room was not large, but it was clean and had a bath and toilet. The standout feature is the natural Onsen with a sauna and cold plunge bath. The water has a pleasantly silky texture and excellent quality. Breakfast was buffet-style; the selection was not extensive, but everything was delicious. We think it is a very good Onsen Hotel, and we would like to stay again if we have the chance.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

The Room was assigned at the property’s discretion, but it was a perfectly nice Room. I felt very satisfied for such a reasonable price. They walked around serving freshly grilled food, and they also took a family photo for us at the table. There was a manga corner, so we enjoyed ourselves without getting bored.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel because it was within walking distance of the Awa Odori Kaikan. It was about a 15-minute walk. The Room was clean and I slept well. Breakfast was also very delicious. When I was looking for the parking lot, a staff member kindly guided me, so I found it right away. There was no excessive service, and if I have the chance, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.) Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs). I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities. I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot. There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.) The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

I didn't check the details carefully and mistakenly applied for a "Student Discount" Plan. Since I am not eligible for the discount, additional charges were incurred. However, the explanation from the hotel staff was reasonable, and I did not have a bad impression. It would be helpful if an alert appeared during the reservation process on the site. Considering the price, I can't complain about the room, but there were limited lighting options (either too bright or too dim), and while there were no major issues with water facilities, some areas were not very clean.

First, the front desk service was excellent. Even with automation, it still comes down to people. Good service makes you feel welcome. The Room was also comfortable. I was happy that Tenjin was nearby.

A bright, spacious Room with high ceilings. Surrounded by greenery, we could even hear Japanese bush warblers—it was a wonderful hidden retreat. The carefully prepared dishes made with local ingredients were delicious, and we finished everything. The dried horse mackerel served at breakfast—also used in space food—was so tender we could eat it right down to the bones, a flavor we had never experienced before. When we visit Dogo Onsen again, we would love to stay here once more.

Thank you for taking care of us again, following last season. We had made a Reservation at the end of last year, but you kindly contacted us to let us know there wasn’t much snow, so we canceled once and visited in February. We were glad it happened to be available. The Accommodation was clean, the meals were delicious, and the location was perfect—you can ski right back to the Accommodation from the slopes. All of the staff were kind and very pleasant. Thanks to you, our child has completely fallen in love with skiing. We would love to stay with you every season. Thank you very much.

A trip to Itoshima with three high school friends! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite!! Ocean views from the window, the bath, and even the bed. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to stay here with my family.

I arrived at the Hotel early, so I was guided to sit and wait in the lobby until my room was ready. That actually worked out well. Once I sat down in the lobby, it felt surprisingly spacious, and with artwork on display it really gave a “new Hotel” impression. They also offered complimentary drinks such as smoothies and lemon water, which were delicious—I had several cups. The coffee from the coffee machine available from 3:00 PM was also authentic and very good. Not only the lobby, but the guest rooms and the large public bath were truly spotless. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. The only disappointing point was that when I went to the breakfast venue, there were no staff stationed at the entrance, and the sign instructing guests to put their breakfast ticket into a basket was placed in an inconspicuous spot. As a result, I waited at the entrance for a while (another guest told me what to do). If guests are supposed to put their breakfast tickets into a basket, I’d like it to be made clearer. If I have another chance to visit Nagaoka, this Hotel will be my first choice.

The building is new and located in front of Kumamoto Station, with spacious and clean rooms. The Onsen is small, but the water quality was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. There is only one elevator, so there might be a short wait, but everything else was very satisfying. The Aka-sake was delicious as well.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

Sorry for the late review, but we had such a wonderful stay that I wanted to share it. The staff were incredibly kind, and that alone made us feel we chose the right Hotel. In particular, during meals (the buffet), the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made dining truly pleasant. Of course, the food was delicious as well. The shop staff were also very welcoming. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed, and I enjoyed shopping in a relaxed way while chatting with them. As for the Facility, there was a drink bar just outside the bath area, and it was great to be able to sample small amounts of various alcoholic drinks such as beer and shochu. Our family of five stayed here, and every one of us was satisfied. Thank you very much.

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

The cat was very cute. The Onsen’s open-air bath felt cold when I first got in. The indoor bath was also quite lukewarm, but it felt like I could stay in forever. I bathed three times during my stay, and it was very relaxing. Many of the staff were from overseas, but I could feel their thoughtful hospitality. It had a homey atmosphere. As a solo traveler, it was great to be able to relax quietly. I’d like to stay again.

It was very good. The convenience store is a bit of a walk, but there were several handy shops nearby. That was really helpful for business travelers. Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you next time.

The Facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a relaxing dinner in our Room. We were very satisfied with both the price and what was included, making it a wonderful one-night stay. Thank you very much. That said, while the simple style was nice in its own way, we would have appreciated a few thoughtful words from the Accommodation staff at check-in and check-out, or a small service such as offering a cup of coffee after breakfast.

We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. Thanks to that advice, we were able to keep our parking fee low. Thank you very much. The drink service and complimentary breakfast also had a great selection and were delicious. The special dessert financier was especially tasty. We were also happy they had apples. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
