I had been wanting to visit Kawagoe for a long time, so I made a Reservation at this Accommodation. I stayed alone as a woman, but the Room and the bathroom/toilet were clean, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay!

It was a typical Business Hotel, but the breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I felt it offered excellent value for money.

Conveniently located near the station, with a great breakfast and a relaxing bath. The Room is compact but easy to use, and it’s convenient to be able to check how crowded the breakfast venue and bath are on the TV. I have stayed here many times. Thank you very much.

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

I stayed for one night and two days to attend the Nagoya Motorcycle Show. This was my third stay, and it included breakfast. I choose this Hotel because it’s close to the venue and has a large public bath, and because my companion likes a nearby restaurant. The Room, amenities, cleanliness, service, and meals are all appropriate for the price. I’m not looking for luxury. The staff greet guests properly when passing by, which feels very pleasant. Since it coincided with a local festival seasonally, I was able to see the yamahoko parade. This time I was lucky enough to catch the evening parade.

This was my second stay. Once you get familiar with the city layout, it’s a very good Accommodation. The Room and bathroom are spacious and quiet, and I slept well. There is a delicious teppanyaki restaurant nearby that I recommend. Also, across the bridge there are great Japanese sweets and Western-style pastry shops.

We stayed as a couple in our 60s in a semi-double Room with breakfast included. The Room was not large, but it was clean and had a bath and toilet. The standout feature is the natural Onsen with a sauna and cold plunge bath. The water has a pleasantly silky texture and excellent quality. Breakfast was buffet-style; the selection was not extensive, but everything was delicious. We think it is a very good Onsen Hotel, and we would like to stay again if we have the chance.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

The Room was assigned at the property’s discretion, but it was a perfectly nice Room. I felt very satisfied for such a reasonable price. They walked around serving freshly grilled food, and they also took a family photo for us at the table. There was a manga corner, so we enjoyed ourselves without getting bored.

This is my third stay, and it feels reassuring in a good way. The meals are great, there’s a convenience store nearby, and the staff are pleasant—I’m very satisfied. I rated the large public bath as 3 only because I didn’t use it. Also, this is just personal preference, but I would prefer a slightly higher and firmer pillow, so I rated that as 4.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel because it was within walking distance of the Awa Odori Kaikan. It was about a 15-minute walk. The Room was clean and I slept well. Breakfast was also very delicious. When I was looking for the parking lot, a staff member kindly guided me, so I found it right away. There was no excessive service, and if I have the chance, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.) Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs). I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities. I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot. There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.) The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

The entrance is just outside the ground-level exit of Takebashi Subway Station, and the Room is spacious with a great view of the Imperial Palace.

First, the front desk service was excellent. Even with automation, it still comes down to people. Good service makes you feel welcome. The Room was also comfortable. I was happy that Tenjin was nearby.

We stayed here for a group trip with friends. The Room was clean and very spacious, and the bathroom was also clean, which was great. It was fun for everyone to be together in the same Room. We ate at the food court, and everything was very delicious. The renovated arcade was also a lot of fun, and it was easy to win prizes. Even the kids could win easily, and they brought home three large bags filled with snacks and stickers (lol). It was a bit disappointing that two of the outdoor baths by the large public bath were unavailable. We were also really looking forward to enjoying karaoke in the basement of our private detached Room with the kids, but since the basement couldn’t be used, we ended up doing “whisper karaoke” in the Room at a very low volume, which was very disappointing. The staff were wonderful—always smiling, very helpful, and they even spoke kindly to our children. We’d like to visit again around this time next year. There were lots of strawberry-picking spots around the Hotel as well, so we’d love to come during strawberry season too. Next time, I hope we’ll be able to use the basement for karaoke.

A bright, spacious Room with high ceilings. Surrounded by greenery, we could even hear Japanese bush warblers—it was a wonderful hidden retreat. The carefully prepared dishes made with local ingredients were delicious, and we finished everything. The dried horse mackerel served at breakfast—also used in space food—was so tender we could eat it right down to the bones, a flavor we had never experienced before. When we visit Dogo Onsen again, we would love to stay here once more.

Thank you for taking care of us again, following last season. We had made a Reservation at the end of last year, but you kindly contacted us to let us know there wasn’t much snow, so we canceled once and visited in February. We were glad it happened to be available. The Accommodation was clean, the meals were delicious, and the location was perfect—you can ski right back to the Accommodation from the slopes. All of the staff were kind and very pleasant. Thanks to you, our child has completely fallen in love with skiing. We would love to stay with you every season. Thank you very much.

A trip to Itoshima with three high school friends! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite!! Ocean views from the window, the bath, and even the bed. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to stay here with my family.

It was a clean Hotel conveniently located in front of the station. Parking was free. We stayed in a twin Room. The Room was spacious and had chairs and a table. The view from the window was wonderful, with sights such as Mt. Rausu visible.

The building is new and located in front of Kumamoto Station, with spacious and clean rooms. The Onsen is small, but the water quality was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. There is only one elevator, so there might be a short wait, but everything else was very satisfying. The Aka-sake was delicious as well.
