Thank you very much. This was our first stay.We’ve stayed at nearby Hotels a few times, but this was our first time staying here. It really feels like a dog-focused Hotel, and we made use of various facilities. Since it’s a Hotel where dogs stay, people who are very particular about cleanliness might find it a bit challenging, but for us it wasn’t an issue at all. The location was great, and the view was absolutely wonderful.My wife isn’t really into baths, but I love Onsen. The Onsen here had the perfect temperature and truly felt like an authentic hot spring in terms of water quality—I went in four times from check-in to check-out.As for cooking, I like to cook for myself, so having a microwave was convenient. However, it felt like there weren’t quite enough dishes or cooking utensils, so I’d like to see a bit more provided.Other than that, since it’s a Hotel for guests with dogs, we weren’t expecting anything beyond that level of quality—but if you’re traveling with your dog, I think it’s a good Hotel. We’ll likely stay again in the future, and we look forward to visiting again then.

We made a last-minute Reservation at 1:00 PM the same day and came to stay. Since it was a same-day Reservation and incredibly cheap, I honestly had no expectations… but it was much better than I imagined!Because the Hotel name is “Hottarakashi no Yado,” I assumed check-in would be the trendy style (unmanned check-in via QR code)… but to my surprise, staff were there and kindly explained everything about the building. By the way, the shop was an unmanned self-service setup.We chose a Plan that included a bento box, and it was genuinely tasty. However, as expected, it wasn’t enough for an adult man (my husband). Even if you choose the bento Plan, I recommend bringing some extra food.I have no complaints about the Facilities or how the staff treated us, but perhaps because it’s such a budget Accommodation, some guests were… not great. First of all, when we went straight to the rooftop dog run right after check-in, there was a large pile of dog poop left behind—shocking. For some reason, right after arriving we ended up having to clean up someone else’s dog’s mess…Also, in the large public bath changing area there were two middle-aged women talking crudely while half-naked and laughing loudly together, which made me uncomfortable. Maybe that’s just what happens at a cheap Accommodation?!Still, our dog seemed to absolutely love this Accommodation and kept smiling throughout our stay, so I think we’ll come again.I’m glad we decided to give it a try.
