The hotel has good access.
Since it is close to Fukue Port, you can depart with plenty of time for the next morning's ship. (It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from the Hotel) It was very convenient as I was planning to go to Kamigoto. The Room this time was a bit small, but only the bath, toilet, and washroom were cramped, and I didn't think the Room itself was that small.
