The food was truly delicious!

This was my fourth visit in less than a year, and the dinner menu had changed from my previous three stays—an outstanding meal with fresh surprises even for a repeat guest.The opening dish began with Genovese: noodles made from udon flour coated in a fragrant basil sauce. The hassun course, presented in summery tableware with beautiful plating, was a delight to the eyes as well. Each item was delicate and deeply flavorful—perfect with drinks.One of the highlights, the sashimi, was not only impeccably fresh; it was so delicious that I found myself noticing the superb knife work—the cuts and thickness that brought out the texture and natural sweetness of each fish.The abalone, previously served as steak, came this time as coquille. After the rich white sauce, the abalone’s texture stood out clearly; once again I admired how thoughtfully it had been prepared—even down to its size and cut. It was so good it made me laugh while eating.The spiny lobster also changed from last time’s herb grill to deep-fried spiny lobster wrapped in wonton skin. This too was exceptional—the contrast between the crisp, delicate coating and the juicy meat was perfect. From the rich paprika sauce to the grilled summer vegetables on the side—and even the dishware and plating—it was truly impressive.The miso-grilled golden eye snapper enjoyed with delicious white rice was exquisite, with beautifully fatty flesh. The simmered daikon radish and squid served alongside went far beyond a simple side dish—the flavor soaked into the daikon perfectly, and the squid was cooked wonderfully tender.Because everything is so delicious, you naturally start paying attention to both culinary technique and presentation while you eat. It’s rare to find a meal that stimulates all five senses like this—and sharpens your own perception at the same time.I also tried an optional chef’s choice meat dish: Iberico pork. It came perfectly cooked with a sauce that suited it beautifully—completely satisfying.Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed an excellent stay.I’m already looking forward to my next visit—I’ve already made my Reservation.Thank you again for your hospitality.
