Family stay After check-in, we could relax in the lounge. All-inclusive—plenty of snacks, too! Dinner had wonderful Kyushu flavors. Saga beef, sashimi, desserts, and even turban shells at breakfast. We ate so much, and the pancakes were amazing. After the bath, there was a soothing relaxation area with amazake available—it was truly calming. It made us want to come back again.

After check-in, we relaxed in the lounge and enjoyed our favorite drinks at a leisurely pace. Dinner was a buffet and exceeded our expectations. There wasn’t an overwhelming number of options, but everything—from seafood and meat to desserts—was delicious, and we enjoyed it along with our preferred drinks and the view. Since our trip coincided with our child’s birthday, we also requested a birthday cake, and the staff were very considerate—we were extremely satisfied. Our child carefully carried the flowers they received as a gift all the way home without damaging them. Thank you very much. The only disappointment was that there happened to be a large group of children staying at the same time, and even though this is a Hotel, some guests did not follow proper manners. One group was speaking loudly in the lobby, running around, fooling around in the elevator, and essentially taking over the table tennis area. Another group’s supervisor instructed them not to use the elevator and they greeted others properly as well, which left a good impression. It’s difficult because it’s more about supervision than the children themselves, but we would have liked the Hotel to address it more proactively. They were being too disruptive and it made us uncomfortable, so we informed the front desk—but during an enjoyable trip, we would have preferred not to have to say anything.
