  • It was a truly wonderful Hotel.

    Four of us—female friends for 50 years—stayed here together. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and in the lounge we enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks both before and after dinner. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order hamburgers right in front of us, beef shabu-yakiniku, sashimi, and more—everything was excellent. All-you-can-drink beer and many other beverages really surprised us. It didn’t seem like there was all-you-can-drink sake, though. The meals were enjoyable for both adults and children. The baths were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were also happy to have ReFa showerheads and hair dryers. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

  • Great view

    We stayed in a Room on the 8th floor. The view was great!When the elevator stopped due to the Kumamoto earthquake, we were surprised, but we really appreciated how quickly it was restored thanks to the hard work of all the staff!We would have liked some nuts among the snacks in the 1st-floor lounge, and we also wished we could have enjoyed beer until the end (lol).
