安缦伊沐

We stayed in the Nagi Suite for a special milestone trip. The room was not only spacious, but beautifully designed with natural light and shadow, the textures of wood and stone, and a sense of harmony with the surrounding landscape. Simply spending quiet time in the room felt like an experience in itself. The sunset cruise around Ago Bay was also unforgettable—calm waters, scattered islands, and ever-changing light.More than anything, what stayed with us most was the warm atmosphere created by the staff and their heartfelt hospitality. Everyone we met was gentle and pleasant, and their smiles and greetings felt genuinely warm rather than formal. They watched over us discreetly, anticipated what we might need at just the right moments, and kept a comfortable distance when we were relaxing. This thoughtful attention reached every part of our stay. We were also impressed by how carefully information was shared among staff members even when responsibilities or locations changed—it truly felt like everyone shared the same spirit of hospitality. We are deeply grateful as well for the sincere celebration of our milestone. Not only the beautiful property and magnificent nature, but also the kindness and warmth of those who work there made our time at Amanemu truly one of a kind.It has become one of our most memorable stays to date. We hope to return to this peaceful place again someday.

It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff.I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail.Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay.Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that.I’ll be back.
