It was an excellent stay.

This is an excellent hotel, and the building itself is well worth seeing. With only four rooms in total, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding—like the kind of service you experience in first class, where the cabin crew already knows each passenger’s name. The meals were especially superb: beautifully presented to the point of being moving, with unique delicacies. Hot dishes were served hot and cold dishes cold, with attentive timing and care—almost as if we were enjoying freshly prepared courses at a traditional restaurant counter. As for the private large bath, it was clean and well maintained, so we had no complaints on that front. However, the atmosphere felt rather dim and bare; to be honest, my wife said she was too scared to stay there alone. After I finished bathing first, she returned to our room with me and got ready using the bathroom in our room. It might be worth considering ways to create a brighter atmosphere—for example, adding some lighting to the greenery outside the glass windows of the bath area.
