Used for a three-generation trip

We were taken care of by a total of 10 people, including two couples of our son and grandchildren, for my father-in-law's 77th birthday celebration. I had made various inquiries via email in advance, and they provided detailed adjustments and suggestions, such as a celebratory cake, rental of a hat and haori, and an a la carte menu proposal for a 2-year-old child who did not have a meal included, which gave us great peace of mind. Additionally, they arranged for all three rooms to be on the same floor and prepared a large private room for both dinner and breakfast, which alleviated many concerns about traveling with a large group, and we are grateful for their many thoughtful gestures. After enjoying the private bath and returning to the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find delicious inari sushi delivered as a night snack. I was stressed as the organizer of my father-in-law's 77th birthday celebration trip, but thanks to the hospitality of everyone at Toyogetsu, it turned out to be a very successful trip. From the welcome to the checkout, we were warmly received, and although I felt humbled, I realized firsthand that everyone's feelings and attitudes contribute to the high evaluation of this property. We were very well taken care of this time. We would love to visit again.
