Buffet Dressings

One of the dressings at the buffet contained peanuts, which was clearly labeled. This caused concern for families with peanut allergies. The counter where the dressings were placed was dirty with spilled dressing, and as guests placed their trays on this surface to add salad dressing, the underside of their trays became stained with dressing. Guests then carried these trays around the buffet area in this condition. Families dealing with peanut allergies avoided placing their trays on the counter to prevent potential contamination and instead carried their trays while selecting food, which required extra effort. Although we informed staff about this issue on the first day, no changes were made by the second day. Additionally, it was mentioned that allergy information for non-buffet à la carte items could not be provided immediately.
