Although I had used Yokohama and Maihama before
It was my first time staying at Hilton Tokyo, and I booked an Executive Junior Suite King. When I arrived 30 minutes before check-in, there was already a line. Since check-in is usually available at the lounge, I looked for a staff member to ask, but everyone seemed busy. I stayed in line, and it looked like the guests behind me were also using Executive benefits and had just been told to remain in the same line, so I continued waiting as well. After that, I was able to get to my Room without any issues. Once inside, the junior suite felt spacious and beautifully appointed, and I could finally relax. Later, I went to the lounge for tea, but perhaps due to the time of day there were no cakes—only drinks—so I returned to my Room. At cocktail time, without expecting much, I went back to the lounge again. Since we were a group of three, we were shown to a separate room. We had a window-side sofa seat with no one else around yet, and we were able to enjoy untouched dishes and cocktails while taking in the night view—it was a wonderful and delicious experience. For breakfast as well, I wanted to use Marble Lounge, so I woke up early and fully enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. Although it was a weekend and very busy with many guests, all of the staff were courteous and helpful throughout—I truly appreciated it.

Wherever you go, Hilton always delivers.
A sense of stability and comfort, truly a relaxing space. It was a family trip, and we were able to unwind in such a wonderful environment. The whole family was very satisfied. Thank you!
