All staff were always smiling, and their kind, attentive hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking—you’ll forget you’re even in Japan. The thalasso pool has shade, so it provides relief even under the midsummer sun. The ocean view,

This was our first stay, and thank you very much for preparing such a wonderful room! Our family had a great time. Since we have a small child, we really appreciated the valet service on hot days, and we were truly happy when your staff helped carry our plates to the table at the breakfast buffet while I was holding my child. Also, because we could transfer our breakfast vouchers to the lunch buffet at your affiliated hotel next door, even on days when we went out early in the morning our breakfast vouchers didn’t go to waste, which was very helpful. The value for money is excellent and the facilities are well equipped—this is a hotel I would recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip. We would love to stay again.

Although clouds obscured our view of the sunset during our visit to the bar (despite it being beautifully visible just a day before), we look forward to coming back again when we can enjoy a clear sunset view. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us! We felt comp

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room facilities were very clean, as if they had just been renovated. It was also nice that the toilet and the bath/vanity area were separate. The view from the Room was beachfront and wonderful. There are several restaurants near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I was surprised to see so many Southeast Asian guests at the breakfast venue. I would like to stay here again.

The sunset and the star-filled night sky were also amazing. You can walk to the underwater observatory. There is also a shuttle bus within the Hotel, which was very helpful for getting around the grounds. It’s a Hotel that made us want to come back for sure! We’re grateful for a

Still, we were able to relax and enjoy meals and coffee time in the club lounge, then unwind with the spa jacuzzi and a nap—an unexpectedly luxurious way to spend the day. The shop is spacious as well. Even the pool in the rain and wind became a good memory. The non-alcoholic sp

This Hotel offers a wonderful beach, friendly staff, relatively new Facilities, and a lovely atmosphere. The Room is spacious. Breakfast options are limited, but the food is decent. We checked in on a typhoon day and stayed for 4 nights over 5 days. However, we could only use the beach activities on the day we checked out. Even though the weather was good on days 3 and 4, marine activities were closed (which is understandable). We tried to rent life jackets, but the Hotel refused. It’s disappointing that there is no pool. This Hotel is heavily dependent on the weather.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

While there are areas for improvement—such as outdated Facility features, long elevator wait times, a washer-dryer that is not very effective (laundry dries faster when hung outside), and long waits for breakfast—we were able to enjoy the pool until late at night, the food was delicious, the Room was spacious, and we had a fun and fulfilling resort stay.

The Facility was clean, and I was happy that the air conditioner was already on, so the Room felt cool when we arrived. With this kind of Hotel, I expected we’d have to turn on the air conditioner ourselves after checking in, so it was a pleasant surprise! However, the response when insects appeared... I don’t mind handling it ourselves, but I wish insect spray had been left in the Room.

We stayed here for our family trip two years in a row. The Room was spotless, down to every corner. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, air conditioner, and air purifier all appeared to be well maintained. When using the Hotel pool, you can go back and forth between your Room and the cafe area while still wearing your swimsuit. Pool towels are also available to borrow free of charge. You can walk to the nearest convenience store and Kariyushi Beach in 2–3 minutes in your swimsuit as well. For breakfast, we bought what we liked ourselves and ate in the Room (no waiting in long buffet lines like at large hotels). There are tasty places to eat within walking distance for both lunch and dinner. The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel entrance. All staff were friendly and flexible, which made our stay stress-free—especially helpful when traveling with children.

Because we arrived late, we were supposed to use the second parking lot, but it was dark and we couldn’t find it. Thanks to the staff’s kindness, we were allowed to use the paid parking lot, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.
