Thank you very much for taking care of us for four days! Thanks to you, we were able to spend an amazing four days. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and very comfortable. The Hotel was also clean, calm, and relaxing—everything was wonderful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious, and the valet parking service was excellent as well. Above all, we could truly feel the thoughtful hospitality from all of the staff, which made our stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely stay again next year!

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room facilities were very clean, as if they had just been renovated. It was also nice that the toilet and the bath/vanity area were separate. The view from the Room was beachfront and wonderful. There are several restaurants near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I was surprised to see so many Southeast Asian guests at the breakfast venue. I would like to stay here again.

A nicely renovated hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the water activities offered by the marine shop. Our kids loved every moment and are already asking to come back next year. The breakfast was also very good. However, the air conditioning is quite noisy and needs improvement.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

While there are areas for improvement—such as outdated Facility features, long elevator wait times, a washer-dryer that is not very effective (laundry dries faster when hung outside), and long waits for breakfast—we were able to enjoy the pool until late at night, the food was delicious, the Room was spacious, and it was a fun and fulfilling resort stay.

The Facility was clean, and I was happy that the air conditioner was already on, so the Room felt cool when we arrived. With this kind of Hotel, I expected we’d have to turn on the air conditioner ourselves after checking in, so it was a pleasant surprise! However, the response when insects appeared... I don’t mind handling it ourselves, but I wish insect spray had been left in the Room.

For this price, I was very satisfied with both the location and the Room. The beach is just a short walk from the Hotel. The views from the Room and the rooftop were wonderful. Rather than typical Hotel service, their hospitality was exceptional. I would definitely like to stay here again when I want to relax.

We stayed here for our family trip two years in a row. The Room was spotless, down to every corner. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, air conditioner, and air purifier all appeared to be well maintained. When using the Hotel pool, you can go back and forth between your Room and the cafe area while still wearing your swimsuit. Pool towels are also available to borrow free of charge. You can walk to the nearest convenience store and Kariyushi Beach in 2–3 minutes in your swimsuit as well. For breakfast, we bought what we liked ourselves and ate in the Room (no waiting in long buffet lines like at large hotels). There are tasty places to eat within walking distance for both lunch and dinner. The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel entrance. All staff were friendly and flexible, which made our stay stress-free—especially helpful when traveling with children.

First-time stay, the hotel is located right in front of the sea, making it convenient to swim with children. Both the pool on the seaside of the hotel and the beach have lifeguards, ensuring safety. Breakfast offers a choice of three styles, but for those who find it slightly lacking, you can enjoy a buffet at a partner accommodation "Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa" (located on a hill 10 minutes away by foot or accessible by car) for an additional 600 yen per person (payment on-site with breakfast voucher). There are two locations available; one near the poolside offers great views and a refreshing atmosphere. The accommodation provides reception services for various events, most of which depart from this location. A Lawson convenience store is adjacent to the property for added convenience. In the evening, you can enjoy food and drinks at tables and chairs set up under a roof next to the beach. The staff are very polite, and rooms are clean with attentive housekeeping services. The location is 20 minutes from Nago City, 60 minutes from Naha City, and 35 minutes from Jungleia.
