The Rooms in the new building were well-designed and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Dinner featured many ingredients from Mie Prefecture and the Kumano area, and the sashimi was delicious. The staff were kind, and we appreciated having a laundry room as well as discounts on souvenirs.

We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son, and just as the title says, we truly had an incredibly satisfying 4-day, 3-night stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were lavish every time, with an amazing variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Since it was the season for it, they prepared a daily lottery draw for children, and we could also enjoy fireworks in the Facility garden. We were especially grateful that they lent us a fireworks set and even collected the leftover fireworks afterward. Both the outdoor pool and the Onsen had areas designed for children, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were warm and friendly, chatting with us in a casual way—our son looked very happy too. This was an Accommodation we would definitely love to return to. Thank you so much!

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a barrier-free Room for my mother, who has difficulty walking. With an ocean view, we could see palm trees and passing ships, and enjoy views of Sakurajima. The bright, clean Room was very relaxing. The entrance door was a sliding automatic door. The bathroom and toilet were very spacious, and the raised toilet seat was comfortable. The Onsen also had a sauna, and the water was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety and everything was delicious. The staff in the front lobby were refreshing and kind, making our stay very pleasant. We would definitely like to visit again.

Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We stayed for one night and two days in May, when the fresh greenery was beautiful. All the staff—at the front desk, in the restaurant, and housekeeping—were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room was spacious, and the view from the window was outstanding. The Italian course meal was also delicious. After check-out, we enjoyed a trip to Chikubu Island from Nagahama Port right in front of the Accommodation. We plan to visit Shiga again and would definitely like to stay here again.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

On this trip, we made a Reservation for three twin Rooms for three groups: my son and his wife with their infant, another family, and my third son. The in-room bath was a little small, but it was separate from the toilet, which made it easy to bathe our infant safely in the Room. The view of the sea in Beppu from the Room was also very beautiful. The Onsen was not too hot and felt great. The shower had a ReFa shower head. There was a wide variety of food, and my younger son and daughters-in-law were very satisfied. The staff kindly spoke to my eldest son’s child (who is still only two) and even lent us some toys. They also lent my other daughter-in-law, who was holding an infant, a basket-like baby bed so the baby could lie down, which made her very happy. Thank you to the lounge staff. I was also surprised that guests go barefoot throughout the Hotel—there were no slippers at all. It was very relaxing, and even our toddler felt safe walking around as if we were at home. We were extremely satisfied and would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money. Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value. The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious. Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down. That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all. As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable. Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall. The Room was stylish and very clean. The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well. There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money. I’d love to stay again.

It was so beautiful and overwhelming—an exquisite moment that looked like it had been captured by a professional photographer. In that instant, I understood why this Hotel was built in this location and facing this direction. The staff were kind and attentive as well—thank you

The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

A charming Accommodation, delicious cuisine, and heartfelt hospitality—everything was exceptional, and I was truly moved. I don’t have many opportunities to visit Akita, but this was a special Accommodation that made me think, “I will definitely come back.” I also purchased and read the book that tells the story leading up to the opening. I deeply resonated with the passion and convictions behind it and found it truly inspiring. I hope to learn from that passion and continue working in a way that brings joy to the people right in front of me.

I’ve stayed at other Dormy Inn Hotels several times on business trips, and everything—cleanliness, the Onsen, and the meals—has always been excellent. This time we visited for a family trip, and my wife and child were thrilled. It made our trip truly enjoyable, and we’d love to stay again!

The lake view from the Room, the dining area, and even the bath was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. The meals were gentle and beautifully presented without overpowering the natural flavors of the ingredients. The portions were just right, and everything was absolutely delicious. We could feel the hostess’s thoughtful care and the kindness of everyone at the Accommodation in so many ways. It’s quite far so we can’t visit often, but being able to enjoy a fireworks treat this time and stay at your Accommodation became a truly wonderful memory.

Thank you again for having us this year, as you did last year. We chose the same Room with an in-room washing machine. It was very convenient, and we used it many times. The shower room and toilet were spacious and clean. Although it’s a double bed, it’s very relaxing. We also chose the Plan with breakfast again, and we were very satisfied to enjoy a delicious breakfast from the morning. I don’t think it was available last year, but the Awamori tasting comparison was free as well. The staff were kind and welcoming with great smiles. There are several restaurants within walking distance for dinner, which is very convenient. Thank you again for your hospitality!

I’ve stayed at quite a few Hotels and Ryokans across the whole country, and this place was truly excellent—service, Facilities, and the Room were all outstanding! They handled a last-minute surprise request flexibly, which I really appreciated. As for the meals, everything served was delicious. That said, I would have liked to see a few more luxurious options. 5 stars!

Ayanna Miyako was the Hotel I had absolutely wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Because it’s such a wonderful Hotel, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and managed to stay!! A few days before my stay, they called to confirm my arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating anything—if so, they could prepare a cake (additional fee). My stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When I opened the Room door, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best!! I’ve stayed in Rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on another date in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyako is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up as well, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: check-in and everything else (including breakfast reservations) were all handled via smartphone. However, they support you if you have any questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.
