Stayed during the May holiday period. The Accommodation is in a remote area, and I felt quite uneasy on the way there, but when I arrived it turned out to be a very large Ryokan. The Room was a spacious Japanese-style room where I could relax, and although some Reviews mentioned the Onsen being a bit cool, it was just the right temperature for me—comfortable enough to soak for a long time. The friendly proprietress was warm and welcoming as well, which made for a calm, unhurried stay. Soft-shell crab tempura was served at dinner and it was delicious, but that was the only crab dish, so it felt slightly underwhelming given how much I had been looking forward to crab. (The other dishes were also excellent, and overall I was satisfied with the meal.) If you’re visiting specifically for crab cuisine, I recommend checking the details in advance.

My children stayed at the Accommodation with their father for the first time. They said the food was delicious and their stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and they couldn’t set off the fireworks they had been looking forward to, but it still seems to have become a wonderful memory. If we have the opportunity, we would love to visit again.

Even though we eat a lot, the portion size was very satisfying. Everything was delicious! We’d love to visit again during crab season!

Everyone was delighted with the view of Mount Fuji right in front of us. The meat served during the meal was tender and satisfying at 200g. From the bath in the Room, a first-grader was overjoyed by the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. The Hotel itself was quiet and peaceful.

I think it’s outstanding for relieving lower back pain and fatigue. I was traveling by public transportation and usually had to take breaks because of my back pain, but the day after soaking in the Onsen here, I was able to walk all day without any pain. It was very gentle, not strongly scented, and truly a wonderful bath. As for the Facility, it felt a little old. The meals were generous in portion and very delicious. Although the Facility felt a bit dated, I was still able to relax comfortably. In any case, the Onsen was great! I’d like to visit again in winter.

We booked this Accommodation because there was a residents’ discount, so we decided to stay somewhere nicer than usual. When we stayed before, it wasn’t all-inclusive, so we were really looking forward to it this time. The dango grilling was available until 4:00 p.m. We arrived just in time at 4:00 p.m., but we were glad we still got to do it. The amazake was delicious as well. The Onsen was empty, so it felt like a private bath and was wonderful. After the bath, I went to the alcohol corner for a drink, but the room was hot. When I opened the entrance door for ventilation, it was closed again. I also couldn’t find the air conditioner switch. There was a TV installed, but no remote control, so I couldn’t turn it on. Unfortunately, I went back to our Room right away. It said free Wi-Fi was available; it worked in the lobby but not in our Room, which was disappointing. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. At breakfast there were many different side dishes for rice, and I ended up running out of rice. There were a few disappointing points, but all of the staff were kind and very pleasant. The Onsen and meals were great as well, so it turned into a wonderful wedding anniversary trip.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. Although I requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes when I entered. I opened the window and turned on the ventilation fan and air purifier, and the smell eventually went away. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so you can enjoy a relaxed stay. The Hotel in front of the station is easy to find, and there are many restaurants around it, which is very convenient. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

This is my fourth visit. No matter when I come, I’m always completely satisfied with both the hot springs and the meals. I especially love the flounder sashimi.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Toguchi Beach. On the first floor of the Hotel, there is a convenient supermarket that locals also stop by, making it easy to pick up snacks and souvenirs. The Hotel restaurant serves freshly caught fish from the morning, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff and hostess were welcoming and attentive—an Accommodation you’ll want to stay at for as many nights as possible.

In addition to the splendid golden eye snapper, the sashimi and other dishes were also delicious and we really enjoyed them. The pudding was great too, but my personal favorite was the quiche. The owner, the hostess, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The Nekomatagi Championship was also fun. We were able to use the bath whenever we wanted for the most part. The guestbook mentioned facial lotion, but it wasn’t available in the bath area, so it would be even better if it were provided. With handmade town guides and other thoughtful touches, we felt a lot of warmth. It was a busy weekend trip, but a truly relaxing stay.

All the meals—breakfast and dinner—are delicious, including the crab dishes and everything else! The crab tempura is also highly recommended (available as an additional order). If you’re looking for great crab cuisine, I truly recommend this place—it’s the best I’ve ever had! The young owner and hostess are very kind as well. There are three private baths, all Onsen, perfect for relaxing. The samue loungewear is a nice touch too. It’s very popular so it can be hard to get a Reservation, but I’ll definitely be back. A clean Room. You can also see the ocean from the terrace. We enjoyed doing our own barbecue, too. However, for a couple in our 60s, the portion was a bit large. (Sorry we couldn’t finish it.) Bringing your own ingredients and having a barbecue might be a good option as well. The cooking utensils are well stocked, so this Hotel can be used in many different ways. We had an enjoyable one-night stay.

The warmth of the wood, the onsen, the delicious meals, and the heartfelt hospitality were truly impressive. I would love to visit again and perhaps stay in the annex next time or reserve a meditation room. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your hospitality. It was my first trip with my daughter. I made the reservation based on a recommendation from her friend. The location is convenient, being close to Kokusai Street. There was a complimentary mini ramen service for a late-night snack, along with drinks and ice cream. The large public bath required swimwear, so we used the room's bath instead and were satisfied with it. Breakfast had such a wide variety that it was hard to choose what to eat. We had an enjoyable trip!

I traveled with my dog and my elderly parents. Because my mother was undergoing breast cancer treatment, we ruled out Accommodations with large shared baths that would be used together with other guests. That’s why this kind of private, whole-house rental traditional farmhouse Accommodation was truly appreciated, and it was our first time staying here. We also found the service very comfortable—welcoming and thoughtful, yet not intrusive, with just the right sense of distance. Since the interior is a renovated old house, most areas are wooden floors except for the tatami Room(s). To be honest, that can be hard on a dog’s paws, but if you bring blankets or similar items and make sure your dog has soft places to rest and walk on as much as possible, it isn’t an issue at all. The meals provided were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. There was even a massage chair in the spacious earthen-floor area, which our family took turns using. It seems there are several other Accommodations in this series as well, so next time I’d like to visit a different one too.

We stayed here as a family. It was our first time staying on a remote island, but the owner welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, so we were able to start our stay with peace of mind. The seafood shabu-shabu we had for dinner was truly outstanding, and we were impressed by how fresh everything was. It felt like an island-only luxury. They also kindly recommended places to buy groceries and some cafés, which made our stay even more fulfilling. Rather than simply staying overnight, we were able to truly enjoy our time on the island and in Ushimado. This trip meant a lot to our family, and we’re grateful to have made such wonderful memories. We’d love to visit again in a different season.

It was a one-night stay despite the bad weather. We rested comfortably in a clean Room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The owner’s hospitality was wonderful, making it a great memory. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again. Thank you for taking care of us.
