I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

The Room was clean. The pillows were comfortable, and the location was convenient. I’d like to stay again. Thank you.

The Room was clean, and the Onsen had excellent water. The staff were also very kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Its convenient location near the downtown area made it easy to find a place for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient, and the late-night ochazuke service was also great. I was also happy that parking was free. We truly had a wonderful stay—thank you very much.

Even though it was during Golden Week, we stayed for about 7,000 yen for two people thanks to a big discount. There was no breakfast voucher, so I think it was included as a guest service. The Facility feels a bit old, but it was kept clean, and I really appreciated the wide range of amenities and services. Specifically: coffee, black tea/tea and soft drinks (drink bar) available until around 10 or 11 p.m.; extra shampoo and treatment options beyond the standard ones; manga; mini ramen (the kind sold for about 100 yen for four packs that you can even snack on as-is); and free-to-use washing machines and dryers. The Room was quite compact, but it was perfectly fine for our stay. We had a double-bed Room, and I personally liked that the window was right next to the bed. There’s a 24-hour super sento bathhouse across the street, and there also seems to be a convenience store if you head toward the station. There are two affiliated parking lots available. Breakfast may involve sharing a table depending on how busy it is. The front desk staff were polite as well, making for a comfortable stay.

The Facility is located toward the back of the Sumatakyo Onsen area. There are several nearby shops where you can buy souvenirs or grab a light meal, and it’s relatively close to Yume no Tsuribashi Suspension Bridge, so the location is fairly convenient. The Facility is a bit old, but clean. The Room was spacious; although it’s a Japanese-style room, it had twin beds and was very comfortable. Meals focused on local mountain specialties such as grilled river fish and wild boar hot pot, with more than enough volume to finish. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath were spacious, with free-flowing natural hot spring water. The silky-smooth Onsen water was excellent. There seemed to be a small number of staff members, but service felt efficient and to the point without being wasteful. There are two drawbacks: 1) The Wi-Fi signal is weak. We were told that “it should work in this Room” near the front desk, but it still cut out at times. In Rooms farther away, it may barely work at all. 2) Amenities in the bathing area: according to my wife, the women’s bath had items like lotion and cotton swabs, but the men’s bath did not. I’d like them to be consistent. Also, there is no switching between men’s and women’s baths during the stay.

The meals were buffet-style, so I didn't have high expectations, but there was a wide variety and everything was incredibly delicious. The bath area had a low-temperature sauna, allowing me to relax at my own pace. It is a quiet and very nice accommodation. I will definitely use it again next time.

Due to bad weather, I arrived much later than my planned check-in time, but they accommodated me. My vehicle was about the size of a microbus, but they still allowed me to park, which was a huge help. Another place refused because of my vehicle size, so I really appreciated how willingly this Accommodation handled it. For a family of four, the 10-tatami Room was very spacious, and the kids were thrilled. The Facility is a bit old... The windows are thin and you can hear outside noise easily; the sound of rain echoes pleasantly in the Room. The shower pressure in the bath was a slight downside... Other than that, I have no complaints. An Accommodation that lets you park a vehicle of my size is invaluable, so I’ll stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

The pool, location, Room cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. The kids were very satisfied too! If I had to mention one thing, we were on the 8th floor and there was a smell in the hallway (maybe from the air conditioning). The buffet staff also greeted us with smiles, and everyone was Japanese so communication was easy. We’d like to stay again.

Although No Meals Included, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was relatively spacious, so it felt comfortable without being cramped. Even though it is located in front of the station, parking was reasonably priced at 500 yen. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep before I knew it. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel. Everything, from the front desk service, room cleanliness, amenities, and the Onsen, was excellent. Above all, the location was perfect—the view of Katamachi intersection from the open-air bath felt so refreshing. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll through Kenrokuen Garden and Castle Park before having breakfast at a nearby German bakery loved by locals. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I look forward to staying at other APA Hotels in the future!

The unit bath was a bit small, but the Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions carefully. In addition, it was great value for money and the service was attentive; we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream. We would love to stay again next time. Within walking distance of the fireworks festival venue. Until the fireworks started, we relaxed and took a leisurely nap in our ice-cold, air-conditioned Room. After the fireworks, it was great to rinse off in the large public bath—an amazing trip overall. Free parking was also incredibly appreciated.

As a middle-aged guest who loves Itoen Hotels, I had always wanted to stay at the main building in Ito. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. The biggest highlight was the Onsen. The free-flowing hot spring water felt like a luxury. Even in Ito Onsen, where the volume of hot spring water is abundant, I believe there are only a limited number of Accommodations that offer true free-flowing baths. The clear, gentle water was easy to soak in and warmed me through. Regarding the Room, mine was on the third floor up a staircase. As this is an older Hotel with many stairs, it may be challenging for guests with limited mobility, but it also gave me a chance to reflect on an era when things were likely less convenient than they are today. The riverside view from the Room I worked hard to reach was charming and atmospheric. As for meals and drinks, there may have been fewer options than at other Itoen group Hotels, but it was more than enough for me. The sashimi and local dishes were especially good. I also appreciated that they offered several types of sake. Another great feature of this Hotel is that guests can play the grand piano. Many Hotels have pianos but do not allow guests to touch them, so I was impressed by this service. Unfortunately, the available playing time was short and overlapped completely with dinner hours, so there was practically no time to play. To make matters worse, one male guest monopolized the piano all evening without leaving it once. It felt unfair to see many other guests lingering around the lobby who likely wanted to try it or take photos as well. Still, that issue lies with the guest rather than the Hotel—I hope they continue offering this service. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. Compared to my previous stay, check-in was smoother, and I felt the process had become more digital. Breakfast was a bit crowded, so I decided not to have it.

Although the Hotel is old, I think it is conveniently located for going anywhere. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I traveled with a friend, and we were satisfied to get a spacious Room at a low price, but perhaps due to staff shortages, there were a few hairs in the corner of the toilet, which was the only disappointment. Considering the price, everything else was good value for money.

We booked the exam package for a stay the night before the exam. The day before, my father came down with influenza, so we changed from 3 guests to 2, but I was still able to take the exam without any issues. Breakfast was a lucky bento box, and we were very satisfied. Access to the station and transfers to the monorail are smooth, and the view from the Room felt open and refreshing. We would like to stay again.

It was my first time using an unmanned check-in system, but both the building and the Room were clean, and I was glad I could also use Yoshidaya’s large public bath. We chose a Plan with dinner, and the food was absolutely delicious—being able to have as much ice cream as you like after the meal was especially delightful. Great value for money and everything else as well; this is definitely an Accommodation I want to stay at again. Thank you very much.

We chose a Room that can accommodate four adults in one Room. This type is rare at a Hotel, so it was very helpful. The Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. The lobby refrigerator and free snacks were especially great. The garden is also large, and we took a walk after breakfast; I think it would have been even more beautiful in a better season. Also, the large public bath made the whole family happy. However, the window of the 3rd-floor 전망 bath was a bit dirty; it’s a shame because the view would look better if it were cleaner. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Hotel. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.
