The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

I’ve stayed here many times, and the best part is being able to stay at such an affordable price. I didn’t have time to use it this time, but there is also a manga library, which I enjoy when I have more time.

I was able to enjoy the private room without being bothered at all by footsteps or voices, so I’d like to stay again and recommend it to my friends.

We stayed for one night from July 17 in a K-type log cabin in the main building with one dog. The entrance door lock was a little difficult to use. The Room was very clean, and it had a washlet toilet and air conditioning, so we were very comfortable. We ordered the BBQ set, and it was delicious. We also used the outdoor bath, which felt great. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed as a family. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, which made us feel at ease. For parking, we unloaded our luggage in the lot across from the Hotel and left the car key at the front desk. There are many izakaya nearby, so finding dinner wasn’t a problem, but it was so crowded that you may not get into popular places without a Reservation. If we have the chance, we would like to stay again.

At first, I wondered what I’d do if I forgot my key card when going to the restroom since there isn’t one in the room, but I got used to it quickly. As you’d expect in Hokkaido, the lobby, lounge, and restaurant have high ceilings and feel spacious, making it feel wonderfully luxurious. The half-buffet with a choice of main dish was very filling and left me completely satisfied. It’s also very convenient, with a supermarket next door and a convenience store right across the street.

Whenever I stayed overnight in Takayama for work, I always chose this Hotel. This time, as the organizer of a class reunion planned for next year, I stayed here in advance to do some research. The Miyagawa Morning Market is just across the river, the old town is only a short walk away, and walking to Takayama Station is easy as well—so I think the access and location are excellent in every way. The main street with plenty of bars is also nearby, making it an ideal spot for someone like me who enjoys drinking. I was very satisfied with the Facility, breakfast, and parking included. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. We stayed during the latter half of Golden Week, and the staff were working hard without a break. We were informed the day before that a Room was available and that we could be upgraded, which made us very happy—our children were thrilled as well. Thank you. About the building and Facility There may be mixed opinions due to aging, but for our family it was not an issue at all. The garden was also well maintained and wonderful. If you are concerned about older buildings, it might be better to choose a newer one. Meals Both dinner and breakfast are standard buffet-style meals. We have used other Accommodations in the same group as well, but here the food was replenished much faster than anywhere else, and the older female staff moved efficiently and did an excellent job. Baths Above all, being able to enjoy hot-spring hopping between two nearby buildings is fantastic. I forgot my ticket while doing the hot-spring hopping. I’m sorry for causing trouble at the main building, but they helped me without any unpleasantness, which I truly appreciated. Next time, I would like to stay at the main building as well. If you’re looking for great value for money, this Accommodation is definitely recommended.

The large public bath next door has several options—mist sauna, carbonated radon, bubbling baths, and more—so I was very satisfied. The water quality suited me as well. The massage chairs are 300 yen for 15 minutes; they seem to be good machines, and I really enjoyed them. However… it seems one of the large public baths is currently under repair, so men and women can only use it on alternating days. On women’s days, men can only use the indoor bath in the accommodation building (just a tub about 10 meters long). And vice versa. If you’re staying overnight, you can use the large public bath on your way there or back. But if you go all the way there and end up with only the indoor bath… that would be a big disappointment. I don’t think the website mentioned any repairs… Even though they do rounds with free drinks, that service is also out of order. It makes me wonder if they’ve stopped it to cut costs… That said, I was extremely satisfied. There’s nothing around except Taizanji Temple. The Room key is old and hard to turn. Locally grown vegetables sell out quickly. There are enough staff members, and their service is good. I found myself wondering how they manage to run the place… But that’s fine. Probably because I was happy with the large public bath, the massage chairs, and the karaoke room. Breakfast doesn’t have many items, but it’s enough for me. The indoor bath felt like having a private reservation. If you think of it as a therapeutic hot-spring stay, it has everything you need. For me, it was worth going out of my way. As for maintenance issues—please check properly before you go. If things don’t work out as expected, you might end up seriously upset. Still, spending a whole day doing nothing—I had a great time.

I was able to make a Reservation just before Golden Week, and it was my first visit. The kaiseki-style sukiyaki dinner was delicious across the board, served promptly, and I appreciated being able to dine calmly in a private room. Breakfast had fewer items, but I could sit by the window and enjoyed the fresh green garden view. It would be even better if the menu changed for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. I was disappointed that about half of the hair dryers in the women’s large public bath were out of order and unusable, and that it’s quite far from the rooms to the bath; otherwise, I was satisfied with the nature-filled location.

We stay at Ooedo Onsen every year for our family trip. This time, we stayed here to visit Ise Jingu Shrine and VISON. Just as we saw on YouTube, the Onsen was clean, and the buffet meals were truly delicious both dinner and breakfast—we were very satisfied. We usually buy canned beer or chu-hi in advance to drink in the Room and put them in the in-room refrigerator, but this time we didn’t touch a single one and took them home. That’s because after check-in, drinks were all-you-can-drink in the lounge until midnight (24:00), which was more than enough for us. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The open-air bath, large public bath, and sauna were all wonderful… Even though the meals were buffet-style, it never felt crowded, so we could eat comfortably, and of course the food was excellent… The all-you-can-drink option was also excellent in both variety and taste… The twin beds were spacious, and the Room size was more than satisfactory… Above all, the waterfall-view lounge… It had a different atmosphere during the day and at night, and I lost track of time just gazing out with a cup of coffee in hand! I wonder if the scenery is completely different during the autumn foliage season? Someday in autumn… it became an Accommodation I’d love to visit again!

In these times of rising prices, I truly appreciated the excellent service at such a reasonable rate. It was a wonderful Hotel. The Onsen was outstanding—I could tell it was silky-smooth and acidic. Kusatsu is amazing. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

The Room was clean. The pillows were comfortable, and the location was convenient. I’d like to stay again. Thank you.

As I was traveling from outside the prefecture for dinner at Le Clos de Mariage, I was looking for a place to stay because I’m not good with directions. While searching for a Hotel near the station and even closer to Le Clos, I found APA. The soundproofing was excellent, everything was very clean, and all staff were kind and courteous. Accommodation Fees have been rising lately, so I truly appreciated that it was nearly half the price. A few years ago in Tokyo, after attending a Christmas dinner show, it was dark and I lost my way back to my Hotel near the venue. I ended up walking around Tokyo Tower for almost three hours before finally arriving—so exhausted that I collapsed onto the bed still wearing my coat. What should have been a wonderful memory turned into a painful one. Being in an unfamiliar place in the dark is frightening. As an older person who easily gets lost, choosing the right Hotel is very important to me. When I saw the APA sign from the station, I was so relieved that it brought tears to my eyes. Because it’s also close to Le Clos, I could attend with peace of mind and return safely afterward. I was able to take my time and enjoy a relaxing bath as well, making it a truly good memory. Thank you very much. With sincere gratitude—I didn’t get lost this time.

The Room was clean, and the Onsen had excellent water. The staff were also very kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.
