This was our second stay here, and this time we stayed as a couple. It’s conveniently close to Hirome Market and the Obiyamachi shopping arcade, and since our first trip to Kochi was truly wonderful, we chose to stay here again. The Facility is a bit old, but it has the essentials, and the front desk staff are friendly. We’re happy to be able to stay at a reasonable price for sightseeing and exploring the city. We would love to stay again.

The moment you step into the entrance, the ocean spreads out before you, and inside the building you’ll find a simple yet refined resort atmosphere. A fresh, subtle fragrance also fills the air. From the lobby to the corridors and guest rooms, every view is picture-perfect—you’ll want to capture it all in photos. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff are gentle and kind in their service. This was my third stay, and when I come to Miyakojima, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The only downside is that there are limited parking spaces, so during our stay we had to park each time at a second parking lot a short distance away.

I was told at the front desk that the receipt would be given to me when I checked out, but at checkout I only returned the key card and was not given a receipt, so I deducted one star. I also forgot (my husband noticed later), but we had already left the front desk, so we didn’t receive it. It’s nice that the bathroom and toilet are separate, but the toilet is a bit small and there is no changing area, so I rated it 3 stars. For the price, I think the room was quite good. I was happy that a body wash towel was included in the amenities. If I could add one thing, the pillow was too soft and became too low, making it hard to sleep. If possible, I would appreciate having two pillows on the bed. We stayed here to watch a Hanshin game, and it has good access to Koshien Stadium and is relatively close to the station as well, so I’d like to stay again if possible. Thank you for your hospitality.

I visited again because I had business in Niihama. First of all, I was happy not having to worry about whether there would be parking available—the parking area has plenty of space, including a covered lot. It was hot even on the day of my stay, but I filled my bottle with ice from the ice machine and had an ice-cold drink in the air-conditioned Room, and the sweat disappeared instantly. Some Hotels don’t have an ice machine, and when you have to ask staff for ice it honestly feels awkward, so having an ice machine on each floor is a huge help. Also, there’s a supermarket next door, which makes shopping incredibly easy. Breakfast was simple but satisfying; I especially liked the chicken cutlet with its thicker breading. The iced coffee in a pitcher was also exactly to my taste in both flavor and aroma. The bedding was comfortable and I slept very well. I’ve stayed several times and have had zero issues with bed bugs. This time I chose a smoking Room again, but the smoke smell wasn’t strong enough to need opening the window, so I didn’t open it even once during my stay. I’ll be back again.

It may have been just bad luck, but the noise from the neighboring Room was loud and made it hard to fall asleep. I could clearly hear footsteps and movement inside the Room, and even snoring, so I felt the walls might be a bit thin. It’s also possible the neighbor was simply noisy. Since I also tend to snore loudly, there’s a good chance I ended up bothering others as well, so I don’t think I can stay here with peace of mind next time. The location is excellent—very close to Tokyo Station and within easy walking distance from the station—but if you have large luggage (a suitcase), be aware that depending on which exit you use, some areas do not have escalators or elevators, which can make it difficult. The Room itself is extremely compact, but more than enough if you just need a place to sleep. It also seemed to be cleaned thoroughly and was very clean.

Okushiga is the most remote area within Shiga Kogen. In return, the snow quality was excellent, there were fewer people, and our stay was very comfortable. The Hotel itself felt quite old, but functionally there were no particular issues. However, the ski lockers were small and limited in space, so it was a bit difficult to fit skis and boots inside, and the area for putting on shoes was also cramped. The bath was not an Onsen, but it was spacious and relaxing to use. For dinner we used the French restaurant. Although Reviews were not very positive, the à la carte menu was very delicious. Breakfast had a decent variety and was satisfactory. Bathrobes were provided in the Room. I only realized at checkout that yukata could be provided upon request; I would have liked to have known earlier. The front desk staff responded politely and helpfully throughout our stay.

I was surprised to find someone else being guided to my seat when I returned after getting food during breakfast. Even though there was an "in use" sign on the table and I had left my salad bowl there.

This was my first time staying at voco Osaka, and overall it was very good. Most of the service staff were foreign nationals, but they seemed to be well trained.

As the facility includes an Onsen, I was able to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable time. I heard the tuna is delicious, so next time I would like to take my time and enjoy the meals as well.

The breakfast on the website looked delicious, so I stayed with a breakfast-included Plan. Every item was carefully prepared and tasted great. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. As it is closer to a Business Hotel, there are fewer amenities and Facilities, but the entire Hotel is new and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was the bathtub—the inside felt rough, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Aside from that, it was a good Accommodation.

I was truly impressed that the Room has a private garden inside and is set up so you can make matcha tea!! The lounge also offers detox water and a matcha-making setup, making it well worth staying here even for Japanese guests or Kyoto locals. I will definitely stay again! Thank you very much!!

Whenever I have a gathering in Takamatsu, I stay here. The location is excellent, and above all the breakfast is outstanding. They serve freshly prepared dishes live from a central island kitchen—without exaggeration, it’s among the best in Takamatsu. I will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with my daughter’s family. The Onsen, the meals, and the service were all excellent. In particular, the staff’s kindness made us feel very at ease. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size—I ended up eating too much. It made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much. Yubara Onsen is the best.

I have stayed here many times when returning to Gifu. Sometimes I book a Multiple Night Stay, and it is always comfortable. There are restaurants nearby, which is convenient. This time, since it was a Multiple Night Stay, thank you for responding quickly to my last-minute request. I will let you know in advance next time. I would like to continue staying here in the future.

Online Reservations made check-in and check-out smooth, and the front desk staff were very helpful. In addition to a table power strip with USB ports, there was also a desk lamp with wireless charging, which was very convenient. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom fixtures—including the bathtub—have been renovated; I’d love to stay again.

I made a Reservation simply to stay overnight. The Hotel staff were polite and helpful. I was happy to find welcome curry rice and drinks, and I also enjoyed the breakfast. The shower required adjusting the hot and cold water yourself to get the right temperature, so I was a bit surprised that this type still exists even today! I had a comfortable stay and thought it was a good Hotel.

Stayed in a newly renovated Room. Great value for the price, and I was very satisfied with the quality. What decided it for me was that I like ReFa products and Airweave beds—they really helped my tired body. Since it was a Ladies’ Plan, I also received amenities where I could choose two items from several options. Also, there was a remote control for the Room lighting by the bedside, allowing me to adjust the color temperature from daylight white to warm light and change the brightness in steps. It was great to be able to switch settings depending on whether I wanted to work or relax. It was quiet at night and I slept well, and the staff were polite, making my stay very comfortable. When I have business in Sendai again, I’d like to stay here.

Thank you for taking care of us during our visit for a live show at Blues Alley Japan in Meguro. The location was close to the station and very convenient from the venue, and the room was comfortable. We also appreciated the shampoo bar, amenities, and coffee service. I’m curious about the breakfast as well, but with a 10:00 check-out we wanted to relax in the room—still, it looked delicious and I’m tempted to try it. We have another live show next month, so we’ll be staying with you again.

Affordable and clean rooms, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful! I’d stay again as long as the trip isn’t centered around the hotel!

To sum it up: absolutely worth the trip, even if it’s far! I was truly satisfied for the first time in a while!! From the initial phone call, the staff were kind and courteous. Even just looking at the photos of members of the Imperial Family, I could enjoy an atmosphere that reflects many years of history. Only the restrooms have been updated to a clean, modern style, which made me feel how much care and effort has gone into maintaining this place. The Room reminded me of my grandmother’s home in the early Showa era—so nostalgic. It’s perfect for simply relaxing and unwinding. The Onsen is a hot, free-flowing natural spring! The volume of water is incredible, and after soaking slowly, my body stayed warm for ages—spa therapy complete. I regretted not staying at least two nights to visit all the nearby public baths. I really hope you will aim to become an Accommodation where small dogs are welcome. Thank you very much. I’ll be back when I want to relax again.
