Sora Hotel Karuizawa Outlet

This was our first stay because it’s a Hotel where you can stay with pets. Unfortunately it rained, but there was an indoor dog run, which was great. Our dog wore a diaper inside the Hotel, but some dogs in the dog run were not wearing diapers and had accidents there, so I wish diapers were required in the indoor dog run. There were also pet toilet sheets available, so it would have been nice if they used those.Dinner was fully booked so we couldn’t eat there, but breakfast was delicious. The corn soup was especially good. Our dog also seemed to enjoy the “wan-burg” and finished it all. The staff were very dog-friendly and kind.It would have been even better if the Hotel had an Onsen. We’d like to stay again next time.

A foot-wiping towel was provided at the entrance, and we had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay—thank you to all the staff for their hospitality. They kindly accommodated our personal requests, and the team’s service—like that of a luxury Hotel concierge—made us feel we’d love to come back again next year.If I had to mention just one suggestion, there is a microwave on the lobby counter, and I would have liked to see a free drink dispenser placed nearby. The service and value for money are outstanding, so even if the room rate were higher, it wouldn’t be an issue at all.
