A foot-wiping towel was provided at the entrance, and we had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay—thank you to all the staff for their hospitality. They kindly accommodated our personal requests, and the team’s service—like that of a luxury Hotel concierge—made us feel we’d love to come back again next year.If I had to mention just one suggestion, there is a microwave on the lobby counter, and I would have liked to see a free drink dispenser placed nearby. The service and value for money are outstanding, so even if the room rate were higher, it wouldn’t be an issue at all.

They did the same last time, so I wondered if they remembered me—it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. I also had trouble losing my car key this time, and they kindly checked on me; I’m sorry for the inconvenience. It’s a great Hotel, and I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Our Hotel is located on the way from Usui Karuizawa IC to Karuizawa, providing easy access to various leisure spots such as 72 Golf, Prince Outlet, Prince Ski Resort, Kazakoshi area, and Hoshino area.
The entire property allows dogs to stay.
The indoor dog run has been expanded to 150 square meters, with additional balls and toys. The 200-square-meter outdoor natural grass dog run now features tables and chairs for owners to relax. Managed with minimal use of chemicals to ensure safety.
