Kyoto Plaza Hotel Main Building & Annex Building

Because it is close to To-ji Temple, we chose to stay here. The front desk staff kindly provided detailed guidance on the parking area, advised us that we might need an umbrella based on the evening weather forecast, explained how to get to sightseeing spots, and gave a thorough overview of the Facility. We stayed here for sightseeing in Kyoto with my father and had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious. The large public bath was wonderful as well—it felt great after a long day of walking.In the morning, my father and I were able to take a walk to To-ji Temple, and we enjoyed a great trip in Kyoto together as parent and child. Thank you very much.For these reasons, I give 5 stars across the board.

This was my second stay, following my visit in May.The room is much like a typical business hotel, but there is a large public bath, and amenities such as pajamas and disposable slippers are provided, which helped me travel with less luggage.It’s close to the station and easy to find, making it very convenient. Breakfast was “okay,” but considering the price, I think it was more than sufficient.Even though many procedures are handled by machines, the staff responded properly, and the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It started raining during my stay, and they offered umbrella rentals, which was very helpful.Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would like to stay here again when I have business in Kyoto.Thank you very much.
