Tokyu Stay Kamata

This was my first stay at this Hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and check-in was smooth and comfortable. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned. The amenities included ReFa items—the shower head and hair dryer were also ReFa—which was a real treat for women. It was also very quiet, so I could relax and take my time. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This hotel offers hospitality a step above a typical business hotel. The front desk staff were courteous and pleasant, both at check-in and when I went out. After checking out, I realized I had left something behind but couldn’t come back to pick it up—thank you for kindly assisting me later. The room isn’t large, but it was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. It also had a microwave and a washer-dryer, so I’d like to use it for a longer stay if I have the chance. It was also nice that amenities such as facial lotion were provided.
