Tokyu Stay Kamata

The refrigerator doesn’t come with an ice tray, but we were able to get ice, so it wasn’t a problem. The towels feel great on the skin, and the tissues are soft, which made me happy every time I used them. The bathroom is also stress-free because the shower curtain is very easy to use. The only thing I’d like improved is that the shower head tends to move on its own. All of the staff provided very polite service. It would be better to ensure that the order of guests waiting for check-in does not change, as guests may be waiting for various reasons.

I stayed the night before because I was worried about not being able to park my car for an early-morning flight. It’s very close to Keikyu Kamata Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s right in front of a famous onigiri shop. The Room also had a microwave, plus a ReFa shower head and hair dryer—such a nice touch for women. I felt it was a really well-designed Hotel. The staff greeted me with a smile, which I truly appreciated. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.
