Tokyu Stay Kamata

I stayed the night before to catch an early morning flight from Haneda. At check-in, they explained the amenities and coffee service. They also informed me that razors and body towels are not placed in the Room and provided guidance on how to get them. The Room is small, but well laid out and very functional. It was also properly cleaned.It gets quite expensive on nights before holidays, but it’s reasonably priced on weekdays, so I think staying the night before is a good option.Checkout can be done by self-service. I spoke to the front desk with a request, and the staff member (a man) was very helpful and kindly said, “Have a safe trip.” I will stay here again next time.

The refrigerator doesn’t come with an ice tray, but we were able to get ice, so it wasn’t a problem. The towels feel great on the skin, and the tissues are soft, which made me happy every time I used them. The bathroom is also stress-free because the shower curtain is very easy to use. The only thing I’d like improved is that the shower head tends to move on its own. All of the staff provided very polite service. It would be better to ensure that the order of guests waiting for check-in does not change, as guests may be waiting for various reasons.
