    It was extremely crowded.

    It was extremely crowded, possibly due to a festival, and even the salad bar had long lines from early morning. We would appreciate it if you could limit the number of guests or introduce time slots. The Room was comfortable, and with the extra bed provided, we slept well. We were also glad you allowed us to check in early. Thank you very much.

    Convenient access

    This was my second stay, after visiting once two years ago. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. It felt a bit small, but since I stayed alone it was easy to move around in the compact space, which worked well for me. As others have mentioned, the air conditioner only has Low/High settings and you can’t adjust the temperature, but in summer it was fine as long as I switched it to Low once the room cooled down. Light from the hallway leaked through a gap beside the door, so soundproofing may be somewhat weak. It didn’t bother me much, but I thought voices might carry between rooms. You can also hear some noise from next door. The location is convenient with easy access from the station, a convenience store right in front, and cafes and restaurants in an adjacent Facility. The in-room amenities were well stocked with nothing lacking or excessive, so I had no complaints. I would stay again if I have another opportunity.

    You can clearly hear the TV sound from the neighboring Room.

    I stayed for two nights, and on the first night the TV noise from the neighboring Room was louder than my own Room and very unpleasant until after 2:00 a.m. I had thought the walls were thin, but I really wish you would address that level of noise. Also, on the first day, the shower curtain in the bathroom was torn and had pulled threads. By the second day it had been trimmed, so I assume it may have been overlooked during cleaning. There are various issues each time, but since the location is convenient, I will continue to use this property in the future.

    As expected of the Hotel New Otani brand.

    Requests for the Room location and equipment loans were handled smoothly, and the Room itself goes beyond what you would expect from a Business Hotel. Although I had no familiarity with this area of Tokyo, I was able to enjoy myself without going far—there are not only shopping and dining options, but even an art museum in the same building. This time I chose a Plan that included a Japanese-Western fusion dinner. I was surprised by the number of dishes, but personally I felt the quality of both the fish and meat main dishes was somewhat lacking; I think selecting fewer items and placing more emphasis on the main course would be more satisfying. That said, considering the price, it is certainly above standard. Breakfast did not have a large selection, but each dish was high quality. The bread in particular was unbelievably delicious for that price range. I often stay at Hotels in Tokyo to refresh, and my family was also very satisfied—I'd like to return.

    This is my regular accommodation.

    This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

    Dinner

    During my previous stay, the rice bowls also looked delicious, so this time I tried the beef tenderloin steak bowl. It was even better than expected—truly outstanding. Even if you don’t choose a dinner-and-breakfast plan like I did, you can stay without meals and Reserve dinner on the day. Guests also receive a 10% discount benefit.

    The Hotel was conveniently located, and we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

    We took the Shinkansen and went on a day trip to LEGOLAND Japan in Nagoya. It was very convenient to get to Shinagawa, which was a big help. On the day we went to Nagoya, it was disappointing that we couldn’t have breakfast. On the day we returned, we enjoyed a delicious meal and were satisfied. However, it was disappointing that the bath drainage wasn’t very good. We would like to stay again in the future. Thank you.

    Better than expected.

    Close to the station, yet noise was not an issue. Osaki Station offers excellent access in many directions, making it very convenient. You can also get to the station without getting wet even when it rains. The staff’s service was great, which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable (the firmness suited my preference), and the Room table was easy to use. It would have been even better if the bathroom mirror had an anti-fog feature, so that was a bit disappointing. I only used breakfast for meals, and the soup curry was delicious. It wasn’t something I would rave about compared with other Hotels, but for a one-night stay I was fully satisfied; for a Multiple Night Stay, it might start to feel a little lacking.

    Breakfast Floor Manager Service

    At breakfast, our family of six went to dine. A female waitress was preparing either one table for all six of us or two nearby tables for three people each. However, the breakfast floor manager forcibly set up two three-person tables that were far apart. Since we didn’t have much time, we didn’t complain, but the waitress noticed and gave a small nod in acknowledgment. I found the manager’s attitude unacceptable, and it made for a very unpleasant breakfast experience.

    Reliable Accommodation

    I checked in at 11:00 PM, and the staff kindly assisted me. I was also happy that they thoughtfully set up an amenities bar at the front desk for us. The Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Although I stayed for business, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again for a private trip as well. At breakfast, they promptly cleared the dishes, which made for a relaxed meal. However, when I went early in the morning, the breakfast venue was already full and there seemed to be a mistake in staff guidance—they seated new guests at tables where people were still eating. I even heard someone say, “There’s no seat left...”. There may have been many student guests that day so it might have been unavoidable, but overall it would be better if the restaurant staff could stay a bit calmer. The breakfast selection was plentiful and very good.

    Dinner Recommendations

    This Business Hotel is conveniently located one stop from Shinagawa and offers great value for Tokyo. I don’t usually book a Business Hotel with dinner, but here you can choose your main dish, and everything is delicious. Next time, I plan to choose a rice bowl dish.

    A very clean Hotel, conveniently located just steps from the station. It was great, and there was also a convenience store nearby where I could buy cigarettes.

    The Facility is somewhat outdated, which is a drawback.

    The Room felt a bit dark due to its age, and since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it was inconvenient as it could be too cold or too warm.

    Whenever I stay in Tokyo, I always choose this place. Just a 1-minute walk from Osaki Station, with spacious Rooms and everything you need—it's convenient in every way!

    Check-in took a long time. There were three staff members at the front desk, but the two guests ahead of me took quite a while, so I had to wait.\nOther than that, I was satisfied—the hotel is close to the station, the room was nice, and the food was delicious.

    Great value for money and highly convenient.

    I stayed here during Golden Week, and they kindly stored my luggage for me. Check-in was also early, so I was able to relax and rest well. The room wasn’t particularly spacious, and the Facility felt a bit dated, but it was kept very clean and I had no issues. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious—especially the French toast! They also replenished dishes quickly when items ran out, which was great. Overall, the staff were excellent and it was a very pleasant Hotel. It’s also very convenient from the station, so I’d like to stay again.

    The services provided do not match the price.

    I used this place for a day-use stay, but there was no hair dryer or amenities provided at all, and for the price it felt very expensive. I probably won’t use it again.

    Osaki was a Yamanote Line station I hadn’t gotten off at very often. After staying here this time, I realized it’s a very convenient location. Access from the station is excellent, and it’s also a great base for getting around. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

    I’ll stay here again!

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for my child’s university entrance exams. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it was quiet enough to focus on studying. Thank you to all the staff. I would like to stay here again when staying in the city center.

    Overall disappointing.

    This was my first time using the service, but overall, I was left with a disappointing impression. Despite having a self-check-in machine installed, I was directed to "please check in at the staffed counter," which raised some questions at that point. Additionally, perhaps due to centralized air conditioning in the guest room, cold air similar to cooling came out of the vent even though it was winter. As a result, I had to layer up and sleep feeling cold. Furthermore, when I tried to leave my luggage after checkout, I was told that "we cannot store luggage today due to an annual inspection." If that were the case, it would have been helpful if this information had been communicated during check-in. There were no suggestions for nearby coin lockers or alternatives either, which felt like a lack of consideration. Honestly speaking, as this Hotel is listed on IKYU.com and my expectations were high accordingly, I felt underwhelmed by the service and response provided and ended up feeling disappointed. Some staff members were kind and helpful; therefore, I hope improvements can be made moving forward.

    Wonderful! Very convenient!

    Great access from the station! The building and interior are not brand new, but they are well-maintained. The cost performance is excellent. The front staff provided polite and exceptional service, which was fantastic. However, as it is an older facility, hallway noise can be heard clearly, raising slight concerns about room sound leaking outside. Still, the convenience is outstanding! Highly recommended.

    The phone was not wo...

    The phone was not working properly, so I had difficulty reaching the front desk. Additionally, when I opened the refrigerator door, the rack on the door pocket came off, causing the chilled wine to spill, which was very disappointing.
